As of right now it is circulating on social media and the victim has filed a police report. This happened at Nachbar in the Germantown neighborhood of Louisville, KY.
They have identified the piece of shit as Nathan Seale and have alerted his actions to other establishments in the area.

I hope she has security cameras around her house, because finding where people live is so easy. He's going to blame her instead of himself for losing his jobs, and I'm nervous to think how far a person like this will go if they're already willing to do this in public with cameras everywhere.

I don't think some guys understand just how low the bar is. I was talking to a friend last week and I mentioned "Glad you're finally taking a vacation. She was just surprised that I remembered everything and got the timeline right, saying that even of her ex husband of 17 years couldn't even remember when her dad died two years after it happened and that was her sign to end things.

Exactly! There's so many guys that will pretend to be "one of the good ones" and then lose their shit over the smallest thing. One of my friends was seeing a guy for a few weeks and had to cancel a date because some puppies she was fostering got sick; he lost his shit about "You could've told me days ago. Is this just a game to you?!" all because her foster puppies got sick and took priority.
There's no way of really knowing who's one of the "good ones" while guys demand they just get the benefit of the doubt. - He grabs a drink on the table, the drink is to his immediate right. There is another bottle on his left. She has a drink in front of her and maybe a second drink to her right (maybe a vape)
- She interrupts the arc of the drink being brought up to his mouth and yanks it, then he throws the drink on her.
- She gets up and lunges at him, he shoves her to the ground. Then kicks her.
- He grabs his things to leave. She grabs the empty bottle in front of him as a weapon
- He steps towards her, shoves her to the ground and leaves.
To be honest, it looks like she initiates. He's still an asshole for using overwhelming force on her but also pretty silly of her to instigate in the first place and then lunge at him.

It is and as a woman I'm well aware of this. At the same time I've never experienced this kind of aggression from men that my smaller/ regular sized friends have. I'm almost 6ft 2, built like an athlete and strong af (thanks genetics). Growing up I'd wanted to be dainty and I'd never thought I'd be so grateful for towering over men and being muscular. But whenever I see things like this I'm ever so grateful for it and looking intimidating because it doesn't make me an easy target.
I know the woman in the video and it is crazy to see this posted on reddit. Its actually made me rethink when I see videos taken out of the original context (our city/community) and then random people are jumping in to debate who is right wrong.
The woman in the video has shared that before it became physical, he was calling her names/berating her and she was only meeting him in public because she was being harassed by him via phone. She was wanting to cut it off with him. He kept creating accounts/phone numbers to keep reaching out to her. Before this encounter shown in the video, they only went on 2 dates.
This is horrible. As a woman I never meet with someone who is already showing signs of stalking or not being able to take a no. You have to let the authorities know you're being harassed, even if it's just for a record. I'm glad this was caught on camera because a guy like that would have escalated to the point of trying to kill her.

Additional info. She had filled a police report so it's still ongoing. Dude has been fired from his job after someone sent the footage to his workplace. Dude berated her before she had enough. She reached for his drink to pour it out after being cussed out and he through it in her face. Then of course you know the rest. That's all so far. I guess there are some people trying to defend him.
