She has terrible instincts. Especially if the whole thing about her going on a second date was because he had been harassing her constantly, like if that’s true, it’s not her fault it happened, but she definitely didn’t read the situation well.

second date, slaps his drink, after getting up from the stomp grabs a bottle like a weapon. She definitely should learn to not escalate with a guy. But he needs a felony and jail because that was brutal

Okay let me spell it out how this happens then:

By that standard of equality: "She's now allowed to stab him, he's allowed to now shoot her, she launches a missle, he launches a nuke..." you see how this escalates? Police advise against this.

At some point you're like a wolf tearing apart a chihuahua and they'll just want to put the wolf down. THERE IS NO HONOR IN THAT
