Yeah she obviously initiated physical contact by grabbing his hand and spilling his drink, possibly on him, then put her hands on him and wielded a glass bottle at him while he was walking away. Each time he puts her down, arguably in self-defense, and walks away.

You are wrong. He throws HER drink in her face. That is the initial “contact” he then repeatedly shoves, hits, and kicks her while she’s down. After stalking and harassing her into meeting in the first place.
