He broke up with her 100% and she didn't take it well snatching his drink, slapping him, and attempted murder with a bottle. Watch it again, the guy was just calmly sipping his drink trying to get rid of her when she had to impose her demand, but he had enough of her shit. I've seen it before with similar results.

Incorrect. 

She was trying to take her drink back from him. He had already been nasty to her for rejecting him and this was the culmination. 

The bottle was his bottle.
