Once he kicked her while she was down he lost any chance of claiming self defense.

She was getting up to get back in his face aggressively... like she did when got back up, grabbed a weapon, got in his face, and threatened him. Hell in her post she said she was gonna throw HIS drink in his face. She was the aggressor the entire time but because shes a woman you people excuse everything she did and make shit up to make her the victim. But everything that happened, happened because of her actions. 

Like he didnt hurt her at all but people want this guy imprisoned, when we know none of you people would care if she was pushing him down, or if he did this to a man of her size in the same situation. We just need to agree on if women are equal people to men or not.
