I'm from here and this was posted around.

u/herobrinetrollin 6h ago edited 6h ago

You can read his name pretty clearly, cool

u/DustExtra5976 6h ago

Looks like he got fired

u/Desperate_Algae_40 4h ago

That should be the least of his worries/punishments. He needs to be in prison for that.

u/BienadictoXVI 4h ago

To the sun

u/meldiane81 4h ago

Oh?? Link me? 😊

u/Inevitable-Menu2998 4h ago

Ah, the mighty USA where justice is carried out not by the courts but by the institution of employment...

u/DustExtra5976 4h ago

Surely you know the two aren’t mutually exclusive.

u/Inevitable-Menu2998 3h ago edited 3h ago

The point is they should be. Losing your job because of a conviction makes sense. Being fired without a conviction for a perceived criminal offense is just the type of social justice that doesn't make any sense

This is not something an employer should have the power to punish

u/ElectronicPhrase6050 3h ago

Imagine sincerely believing that a company firing someone who's bad for PR is an "American" or even uncommon thing lol.

You don't need a conviction when there's a video circulating of him assaulting her, it's already a potential PR nightmare for the company before the guilty verdict.Ā

u/Inevitable-Menu2998 3h ago

Considering that using this as a reason for letting someone go is specifically illegal in many countries, I think I'm safe saying they this is an USAism

You don't need a conviction when there's a video circulating of him assaulting her, it's already a potential PR nightmare for the company before the guilty verdict.Ā

u/Fogmoz 2h ago

If by ā€œperceived criminal offenseā€ you mean ā€œcaught on cameraā€ then yeah they perceived the offense.

A private business has no requirement to assume innocence or wait for prosecution/conviction before making employment decisions. As long as it doesn’t violate a contract or constitute as discrimination, a business may fire an employee at-will.

u/HauntingPsyche 2h ago

There’s literally a video of him kicking and throat punching a woman. What more do you need to prove he’s worthy of losing his job

u/DustExtra5976 2h ago

They created an argument from nothing 100% a bot or a loser. Do yourself a favor and ignore it.

a perceived criminal offense

I agree but this was not that lol

→ More replies (9)

u/goronmask 33m ago

Perceived criminal offense? What the fuck are you on about, did you watch the video? Of course this is something an employer can punish. If you are caught on camera assaulting a woman like that then you are a piece of shit and I don’t think a decent business wants to employ that. This has nothing to do with a conviction.

NATHAN SEALE

u/Garchompisbestboi 5h ago

As others have said, you should delete this if you care about your 12 year old reddit account because reddit has a very long and unfortunate history of protecting abusers by banning those who name and shame them.

u/whitespacesucks 4h ago

Nathan to Seale here, move along

u/ser_darkstar 6h ago

Hey jsyk you can get banned by Reddit admins for posting this. I would delete or edit and let people figure it out for themselves.

Man, I liked it better when 'news' outlets didn't call for mob justice.

u/Neither_Strategy_252 4h ago

Nowhere in the article do they call for mob justice. But that you imagined it while reading the article is very telling. And, answers your question "why do people think that me and people like me are misogynists?"

u/Nice-River-5322 4h ago

Entitled "This man needs to go"

Mkay buddy.

u/DivineSaur 6h ago

Fuck that. Act like a piece of fermented shit in public, get your comeuppance in public

u/ronnie98865 5h ago

You can Google it that's how I found out his name

u/ser_darkstar 5h ago

Reddit doesn't care, they take the possibility of doxxing or sharing personal information very seriously and if he hasn't been arrested or prosecuted or shared by a legit news organization they will consider it as such.

I once got a ban for sharing a screenshot of transphobic messages someone sent me with their username uncensored.

u/Pale-Ad-8691 6h ago

Yeah make it like a riddle instead

u/bihari_baller 4h ago

I think it's a vestige of reddit covering up themselves from lawsuits. I remember like a decade ago when the wrong guy was identified as the Boston bomber on reddit.

u/Alexx-the-Hero 2h ago

Lol her bad for not knowing the guy was a closeted psychopath by the 2nd date i guess.

What a fool.

u/MordavianNights 2h ago

It’s says in the post she got bad vibes so that’s why she went to a public place … why bother, just text if you got bad vibes lol

u/Precarious3145 6h ago

"Why do women ghost?! The least they can do is do it in person like an adult". Meanwhile, this is a woman who didn't just ghost and got attacked for it.

I don't think some guys understand just how low the bar is. I was talking to a friend last week and I mentioned "Glad you're finally taking a vacation. It's been a rough three years" then listed everything. She was just surprised that I remembered everything and got the timeline right, saying that even of her ex husband of 17 years couldn't even remember when her dad died two years after it happened and that was her sign to end things.

The bar is seriously THAT LOW.

u/m00nf1r3 5h ago

This is exactly it and so many men don't get it. We KNOW not all men are like this, but the issue is we don't know which men are like this. Any single man could do this to us so we just have to assume all are willing/capable of such an act. We all hate it. None of us want to have to do this, I promise. We'd LOVE to feel safe.

u/Precarious3145 4h ago

Exactly! There's so many guys that will pretend to be "one of the good ones" and then lose their shit over the smallest thing. One of my friends was seeing a guy for a few weeks and had to cancel a date because some puppies she was fostering got sick; he lost his shit about "You could've told me days ago. Is this just a game to you?!" all because her foster puppies got sick and took priority.

There's no way of really knowing who's one of the "good ones" while guys demand they just get the benefit of the doubt. Meanwhile when I was on dating apps and I asked for a girls number after a few days, if she said "if it's okay, I'd rather wait until our date", I just "No big. Makes sense. Do you wanna pick the place?". Actual "good ones" understand the dangers women face and accomedate.

u/pay_student_loan 3h ago

Any man who doesn’t get it is a man who is either not capable or unwilling to use basic empathy to try and see things from another view point which honestly sounds like a major red flag to me.

As a man I personally don’t get why any woman would be with any man without some serious vetting and that includes me.

u/PrinceCavendish 3h ago

my brother loves throwing names around, and especially the r slur. not that i would use that word but if i did use it on him i legit fear that he would attack me. some of us can't even trust our family not to go crazy and attack us too. i do not trust my brother or my uncle so i don't argue with them over anything.

u/willargue4karma 1h ago

Jeez fuck them lol, I cannot imagine being like that past the age of like 18-20. At nearly 30 I'm so over getting upset like that

u/PrinceCavendish 35m ago

It's not even like they have hit me before but just seeing them angry scares me. A whole lotta narcissistic and bpd men in my familyĀ

u/willargue4karma 33m ago

Horrifying combo 😬 it would probably scare me too

u/PrinceCavendish 26m ago

Lmao yeah it really is. My brother has got better over the years after therapy and meds and a mental breakdown but recently he's been a pos to my mother after she had a stroke. Instead of trying to show her any patience he's just a giant asshole and made her cry multiple times so we have been barely talking to him lately.

u/Ishouldtrythat 3h ago

Not all men but always a man. I’m a single dad to two girls and I worry for them.

u/m00nf1r3 2h ago

I don't blame you. Most girls/women started receiving sexual attention from men before they even started their periods. The weird comments, the eyeballing up and down. A 21-year old man tried to have sex with me when I was 13. Not forcefully, thankfully, but he did ask. He knew how old I was, too. It's wild out there.

u/shoeless_doh 2h ago

Did you worry about things like this happening to women before you had girls?

u/Ishouldtrythat 2h ago

Oh for sure, and it’s not just my kids I worry about, they’re just the first women in my life that came to mind when I saw this video.

u/xylophones4all 40m ago

I’m a woman and I have a daughter and the first person I thought about was my daughter. Just an FYI.

u/LuckyPlaze 5h ago

I hate ghosting. Just text and then block. You don’t need to show up for a second date.

That said, assholes like this guy make it miserable for everyone. I hate that women have to deal with grown man babies or fear for their life all the time. I do sympathize with why they are so protective.

u/Precarious3145 5h ago

Unfortunately, there's nothing a woman can do that'd ever be good enough.

If she ghosts, then "She should've told me". If she texts, then "She should've met me in person". If she met in person then "Why'd she waste my time in person? She should've texted me". If she rejects someone without a first date, then "She should've given him a chance" but if she does and doesn't want a second then "she just used him for a date". If she's polite about the rejection, she's accused of leading him on but if she's firm she's accused of being a bitch.

Dealing with almost any guy is just a huge minefield of running scenerios. It's brutal. That's why the bar is that low; if you're just a half decent person, you're miles ahead.

u/LuckyPlaze 5h ago

I hate that…. Too many men have fragile snowflake egos.

u/Pataraxia 5h ago

Holy shit that basically sounds like a dangerous treadmill to forced marriage to an asshole if you don't jump off and assert yourself...

u/MissionFloor261 3h ago

Reason number who-even-knows why I'm glad to be a gay woman.

u/bleezy1234567 3h ago edited 2h ago

The only time you should break up with someone in person is if it’s an actual break up…. Like you guys were in a relationship. And he never gave off vibes that he will respond like this guy did. A simple text is fine for anything less than that. And if there hasn’t been a date yet then even that’s not required. Basically treat people like you want to be treated. That’s plenty good enough for any normal person. Worse thing I ever did in a breakup was send one mean message. And she deserved it… told me she was going to visit her mom and instead ended up moving in with another guy. We had been dating 2 years and she told me all of this over text message like 6 days after she ā€œwent to her momsā€ā€¦ her best friend was so disgusted they actually got into a fight about it and weren’t friends for like 2 years. And still I don’t judge other women based on her actions as an individual šŸ˜‚

u/shoeless_doh 2h ago

If you don't have stuff left at their house you need to pick up, a text is always fine

u/Fish_Mongreler 2h ago

I took can make up a bunch of reasons about how nothing a man can do would ever be good enough

u/Complete-Fix-3954 4h ago

My ex wife just called me earlier today because her bf of a year and a half apparently smacked her around and busted her phone. I asked her if she was safe, and she went to his parents. I was with our daughter so couldn’t do much but talk. It makes me sick that people do this and think it’s okay. And now I gotta restrain myself so I don’t go to jail if I see the guy in the future.

People ghost because it works. A rejection text confirms your suspicion and if you are a shit person will get hit with a wave of anger. Ghosting doesn't confirm anything so the one that was rejected goes through the grief stages: denial, anger etc through a long period of time until they reach the acceptance phase so they are much less likely to get violent. It's shitty but it works

u/AsThreatenDoNotScore 5h ago

There are too many sht level dudes right now. I wont say broken but definitely warped, misguided and fragile. As a girl dad, this has me concerned and on edge.

u/Flamingo83 5h ago

I got punched in the face when I wouldn’t give a guy my phone number. some men just want to hurt women.

u/LettuceBeGrateful 1h ago

That's fucking crazy. Were you injured? Was he arrested?

u/Weird-Toe-6968 6h ago

There is nothing to break off after only two dates...just text and say no longer interested.

u/JennieSimms 5h ago

I’m willing to bet she tried to break it off over the phone and he begged her to talk it out in person. He was convinced he could talk her into continuing to see him and this is him losing it when she turned him down for good.

→ More replies (2)

u/starry_nite99 4h ago

Yea, trying that doesn’t always work either. Maybe instead of brushing off what women tell you, you try listening to our experiences.

I texted a guy that it was nice meeting him, but I wasn’t feeling it and to take care.

He got all upset because I was rejecting him. I spent the next two days responding to him in short, polite responses trying to keep him from escalating because he knew where I lived. I didn’t want to block him because when he thought I blocked him on Snapchat (I didn’t) he went crazy.

After all this, I found out he was married with a kid.

u/tidbit_tadbit 5h ago

You legit got an award for this.

u/Awkward_Bison_267 5h ago

I never believed this until seeing this shit for myself (yes I’m an ass who didn’t think about it) but if a guy rejects a woman she might get hurt feelings. If a woman rejects a guy, she might get hurt everywhere else.

u/Resistiane 5h ago

Margaret Atwood said "the worst thing a woman can do to a man is embarrass him. The worst thing a man can do to a woman is kill her.".

u/Awkward_Bison_267 4h ago

You’re not wrong. I had to help a woman get to her car when she was being followed by two guys until I believed that shit. I was a dumbass.

u/ScyllaOfTheDepths 4h ago

Men: Oh, a man hurt you? It was your fault for not taking safety precautions! Everyone knows men are violent predators who can't be trusted!

Also men: How dare you assume that I would ever do anything to you and take basic safety precautions? You're a misandrist feminazi who thinks all men are violent predators who can't be trusted!

u/Suitable_Wonder5256 3h ago

Ghosting is really the way.

If the guy is decent, he will get the signal and be okay with it.

If the guy is bad, he will not be okay with it. If he isn't okay with ghosting, imagine how angry he will be when he is dumped.

u/crookeddy 2h ago

Its lower. A few years back we had a house party with a lot of alcohol. A woman fell asleep and we didn't touch her. She woke up and told us how amazing we are to not rape her. She was serious.

u/firenest 2h ago

"Why do women ghost?! The least they can do is do it in person like an adult". Meanwhile, this is a woman who didn't just ghost and got attacked for it.

And then the same people whining about women ghosting instead of speaking in person are like, "Why would she be so stupid?"

u/DisastrousAcshin 45m ago

I'm a guy and ghost because of some unhinged shit, completely get it

u/dabPrassion 6m ago

They will always move the goalpost. "Why did she give me a fake number? Why did she ghost? Why did she break up over text? Why didn't she give him another chance? Why didnt she let him doen gently? Why did she provoke him?" Buncha clowns.

u/Mindless_Trick2255 6h ago

u/nitayan_pahkwesikan 2h ago

While I fully support this guy is an asshole and went way the fuck overboard, she actually assaulted him first by first grabbing his drink, and then grabbing him, THEN he pushed her. You dont need to pretend he put his hands on her and she is perfectly innocent, she assaulted him first, its clear in the video. His response to being assaulted was WAY to severe and thats enoigh of a statement. There is no need to lie about it. He pushed her WAY too hard, and then the kick and neck grab and throw were just outrageously insanely overboard. Those facts are good enough on their own.

u/GrumpyScroogy 1h ago

"We need to protect other women", meanwhile half the USA people upvoting this post still voted MAGA rapist into office.

u/Agreeable-Emu4033 24m ago

Well that's a lie. He wasn't doing anything until she grabbed his drink

u/Rushmore586 6h ago

Nothing about this story seems to line up with the video. She reaches for his beer, he splashes it in her face. Neither action is cool. She gets up to attack him and he pushes her back. She gets back up, grabs a beer bottle and gets in his face and he again pushes her back. He’s stronger than her but overall she seems to be the one that is more aggressive. It seems his main goal is to get her away and then get away from her.

u/BrotherAdvanced5452 6h ago

Maybe rewatch. What does she do before he kicks her? Nothing. She has the bottle at the end and I would too, maybe to protect myself after all that and then he goes at her again. You’re delusional.

u/Rushmore586 5h ago

Yeah I’ve rewatched it a few times. I don’t think my take is any more delusional than yours. You can say she picked up the bottle to protect herself from a guy literally walking away, but it can also be a guy shoving away a girl approaching him armed with a beer bottle. That seems less delusional to me. Also, I’m not claiming he’s a good guy. Any wrong doing should be punished. The video just doesn’t seem to line up with the story being told. Most of what I see is him pushing her away and walking away.

u/BrotherAdvanced5452 5h ago

Very scary take but ok.
