That last push... that was a neck grab/push with intent to leave her fucked up. If she would've cracked her skull on the corner of that bench he would potentially be in a lot more trouble than we are talking about.

This asshole needs to be arrested for this blatant act of battery.

u/TheSwearJarIsMy401k 4h ago

The neck grab was murderous. I wish him nothing but long term, permanent suffering that never ends.

u/highimpac 1h ago

He broke up with her 100% and she didn't take it well snatching his drink, slapping him, and attempted murder with a bottle. Watch it again, the guy was just calmly sipping his drink trying to get rid of her when she had to impose her demand, but he had enough of her shit. I've seen it before with similar results.

u/TheSwearJarIsMy401k 54m ago

Incorrect.

She was trying to take her drink back from him. He had already been nasty to her for rejecting him and this was the culmination.

The bottle was his bottle.

u/maderfarker7 2m ago

Did you miss out the part where the woman grabbed the beer bottle? Could have seriously fucked the man up.

u/elderlybrain 2h ago

Imagine, he does this with someone who he's just had 2 dates with.

If someone does end up with him # he's going to kill them. Non fatal strangulation  is a very high risk predictor of homicide in domestic violence.

u/rakuan1 2h ago

Yeah I wish she hadn’t engaged him after he kicked her. He clearly showed her that he meant her harm and she went back for more.

u/Timely_Cake_8304 2h ago

Attempt to protect herself is not ” going back for more”

u/rakuan1 2h ago

In my opinion, protecting herself would be going the opposite direction

u/Neither_Pirate5903 2h ago

she got up and went towards him as he was leaving and she grabbed a weapon.

u/_aaine_ 1h ago

I'm sorry....what??

u/_aaine_ 1h ago

I felt sick watching that in the same way I felt sick watching Sean Combs assault Cassie Ventura in the hotel hallway.
WHAT the actual F is wrong with men lately?

She had a glass beer bottle in her hand, poised ready to use it on him.

At that point, she is armed and he is unarmed.

u/Wickedwitch79 59m ago

Because he threw a drink in her face, pushed her down and then kicked her. She got up and grabbed the bottle to protect herself. He then throat slammed her.

u/IFlyWithNoWings_ 3h ago

What the fuck are you talking about? If I want to hurt someone I’ll ball a fist, not push them away from their neck ffs. You ever been in a fight at all??

u/Lollipoop_Hacksaw 3h ago

Taking it pretty personally...

Weird how you equate physical harm with just "balling the fist".

You are off as fuck.

u/Neither_Pirate5903 1h ago edited 1h ago

and you are blind - the woman was the aggressor the ENTIRE video

She tried to grab the beer from his hand BEFORE he threw it in her face

She stood up and tried to slap him in the face BEFORE he pushed he to the ground
(4-5 second mark on the video - maybe watch in on your computer instead of your cell phone if you are too blind to see it)

She then got up after he kicked her down and instead of retreating and ending the altercation she went after him as he was leaving. She moved closer to him in order to grab a weapon off the table. She was the aggressor the entire time.

YES - he was an asshole for throwing the beer in her face - she should have left at that point- instead she chose violence and confrontation.

u/Loud_Ad_9187 3h ago

They are talking about a man's violent assault

u/IFlyWithNoWings_ 2h ago

Why comment if you’re going to ignore my point?

u/plainjane202567 3h ago

I actually understand what you’re getting at. He could’ve done worse. You’re not justifying it, you’re just making a point that if he wanted to knock her out he could’ve. This video was a hard watch for both sides.

u/IFlyWithNoWings_ 2h ago

Exactly. Never ok to assault another person. Hard watch all around. My comment is specifically directed at the guy who’s saying pushing someone’s neck is murderous intent or w/e bs they were saying before editing their comment

u/DeNi3DxFATE 3h ago

It's not worth it bro, these kids are softer than a stick of butter thats been on the counter all day. I don't think they've seen a real street fight or better yet someone getting jumped on woldstar. Dudes getting kicked in the head by 3 guys while already knocked out, that's intent to fuck someone up not shoving somone by the neck.

u/d1oxx 2h ago

😂

u/IFlyWithNoWings_ 2h ago

Sad truth

u/Neither_Pirate5903 5h ago

I guess you missed the part where she advanced towards him and grabbed a bottle off the table to use as a weapon

u/Cute_but_notOkay 4h ago

You mean after he has already pushed her over AND kicked her? Where did she START this fight? SHE was the one defending herself with that bottle.. tf…

u/Harahira 1h ago

She started the fight when she tried to grab the beer from his hand, then after she got beer in her face she got up and got physical?

It's literally how the video starts and it seems like you let the lying and misleading title affect you.

If she had the courage to go for his beer, to start a conflict, she definitly had the courage to walk away after rejecting him. Because, I think in general, people don't attack people they reject. It's usually the other way around.

Do you have any more questions?

u/JoeBarelyCares 2h ago

You mean as he was walking away? At the point she grabs a weapon, the shove is the least that should have happened to her. At that point, she is lucky he didn’t hurt her.

Look, men should not put their hands on women. Women should also understand that a dude twice their size can end their lives. Call it victim blaming if you want. Call the cops. Walk away. Cuss him out. Do not grab a weapon and advance on a dude twice your size.

u/Possible_Educator_79 2h ago

Call it “you are completely mental” if you want…

u/JoeBarelyCares 2h ago

If the genders were reversed, we’d be all over him for instigating this nonsense.

u/Possible_Educator_79 1h ago

Dude, seriously, that’s just not true.
Like, actually think about it for a second. I’m not saying it would be exactly the same if the genders were reversed, but that’s because there’s a pretty obvious physical power imbalance. The same situation is simply not going to be as dangerous or scary for a man being attacked by that same woman.
And it’s not just about perception either. Men kill women every single day, while women killing men is comparatively rare. Obviously that’s going to affect how people perceive the threat. It’s not some arbitrary double standard.

u/Neither_Pirate5903 4h ago edited 2h ago

she started the fight when she tried to aggressively grab a drink out of his hand

he pushed her over AFTER she stood up and tried to slap him in the face
4-5 second mark - watch the fucking video

yes he kicked her back onto the ground but what did she do immediately after getting up? she advanced on him and grabbed a bottle off the table to use as a weapon. This clearly shows that when he kicked her to keep her on the ground this was the correct choice. She was still fully intending to choose further violence when she got up again.

u/Cute_but_notOkay 4h ago

I see her try to grab his drink, he threw the drink on her, then she stood up with her arms out, and he shoved her and that was the issue. Was he supposed to be scared of her?

Who knows why she tried to grab the drink but he should not have thrown it on her.

“Yes he kicked her back into the ground but what did she do after” you mean after he assaulted her? She tried to defend herself.

You do not look good in this argument bro.

Edit for typo

u/Lollipoop_Hacksaw 4h ago

These are either DV people, or future DV people you are talking to. No question.

"She threw her hands up after I called her a fucking cunt. Of course I beat her head in as a result. I was threatened!!"

u/Cute_but_notOkay 4h ago

Yeah, that last comment he made where he said to pause the video. No use arguing anymore. Dude is done.

u/Neither_Pirate5903 2h ago

Ya ignoring evidence that doesn't support your position makes you look so much better

She tried to slap him in the face

u/Neither_Pirate5903 2h ago

She didn't throw her hands up she tried to slap him in the face

4-5 seconds watch the video on something bigger than your cell phone
its clear as could possibly be

u/Neither_Pirate5903 4h ago

pause the video at 5 seconds

she attacked him when she stood up. He pushed her arms away and she falls back because of the bench

You just want to make up your own story instead of watching the actual video

Advancing on him as he's leaving is not defending herself. After he kicks her down he grabs his bag and is clearly trying to leave. She moves towards him and she grabs a weapon. That's not self defense that's choosing more violence after already choosing violence twice

u/Cute_but_notOkay 4h ago

If you keep reading the comments, there are people who know more about this.

It was HER drink that he picked up, she tried to take it back and he threw the drink on her.

You’re the one making shit up to match your story that she was in the wrong. She never touched him. You’re saying her standing up with her arms out is an attack? I really want to know.

“He barely touched her and She fell because of the bench” 😂😂😂😂😂 please. You cannot believe that.

Yeah I hope you don’t have any women close to you in your life. They should be worried.

u/LukeHal22 3h ago

I'm not defending him but it's very obviously not her drink.. There are two glasses on the table and he picks up the one closest to him so unless she has two beers on the table...

u/Cute_but_notOkay 3h ago

I mean, in all honesty, does it matter who’s drink it was? He went too far for seemingly no reason at all. Throwing the drink shouldn’t have happened and’s it might not have escalated as it did

u/LukeHal22 2h ago

Apparently it does to you.. You brought it up as a point. I just pointed out it was false.

u/Neither_Pirate5903 2h ago

garbing his drink shouldn't have happened either. They both made dumb decisions, but she is the one that stood up and then tried to slap him in the face (during the 4-5 second mark on the video). She started the fight over the drink and she escalated it to physical violence.

Yes I fully agree the guy throwing the drink in her face was a dick move. That doesn't give her the right to slap him in the face regardless of how much she or anyone else in that situation might want to respond that way.

She choose to try and slap him, she also choose after getting kicked on the ground to get up and instead of retretaing, move towards the man to grab the bottle off the table. The man was leaving at this point he was no longer a threat to her, but she was not done choosing violence.

u/Neither_Pirate5903 4h ago edited 3h ago

did you actually pause the video at 5 seconds where you can clearly see her leaning over top of him with her hands on him. that's not how a person stands up. have you never stood up before? were you born yesterday? Most peope don't need to lean over top of someone and put my hands on them inorder to stand up.

And it's her drink according to who?

Plenty of people have made that claim not one of them has given a source

everyone is just assuming it's hers. well I can assume to. I'll assume he bought all the drinks at the table since he's the man and men are expected to pay for everything on the date. See we can all make stupid assumptions

u/Cute_but_notOkay 3h ago

That’s all you have to say? I asked you two questions.

u/lolz1112 3h ago

Look it looks like she goes and grabs his drink to stop him drinking but throwing a drink in her face after that is not a warranted or an appropriate response.

Defending yourself from the slap where she falls over is borderline okay, but he also escalated it. Then he decides to kick her.

The throwing of the neck after she grabs a bottle when he is clearly stronger than her and she wouldn't be able to do much damage. I'm not saying she's perfect and she definitely could've deescalated as well. But his response was way out of line and over top where he is clearly is to blame.

u/Neither_Pirate5903 3h ago edited 3h ago

throwing a beer in her face was a dick move but it doesn't warrant her attacking him. you get up and you report the situation to the bar. instead she decided to try and slap him. I can even sympathize with her desire to slap him but when you decide to attack someone you have to be willing to accept the consequences of that choice

the kick was to keep her on the ground and unable to continue attacking him. a choice that proved to be quite reasonable in hindsight given her immediate next choice was to get up and grab a weapon

After she picked up the bottle should he have have turned around and left and risked her smashing the bottle on the back of his head. the minute she picked up a weapon she was a threat and it's not required for him to wait for her to use the weapon to take action and defend himself.

u/IFlyWithNoWings_ 3h ago

Are you missing the piece where she attacked him?

u/IFlyWithNoWings_ 3h ago

You mean after she made illegal contact with him by taking his beer?

u/Cute_but_notOkay 3h ago

Where did she touch a beer BEFORE her took her beer and threw it in her face?

That was the first action. Him taking her drink, her trying to take it back, and him throwing it in her face.

u/ConglomerateCousin 4h ago

She was trying to defend herself. He already poured beer on her and kicked her. He’s like twice her size, what was she supposed to do, sit on the ground and take more potential abuse?

u/IFlyWithNoWings_ 3h ago

Size does not get factored into legal liability. She attacked him first

u/kaykenstein 4h ago

Good. As she should have.

u/AIBotnmbr99 4h ago

Yea, self defense is intended to stop the threat. He could’ve pummeled her, she’s very fortunate he kept things proportional.

u/Loud_Ad_9187 3h ago

What are you on

u/AIBotnmbr99 3h ago

You can’t commit battery and expect no response. A little liquid thrown on you is a light response.

u/Bother_said_Pooh 2h ago

Let me get this straight, you’re calling his actions self-defense? That are in proportion to what, her touching his arm at the beginning of the video?

u/AIBotnmbr99 2h ago

She aggressively grabs him and tries to take his drink, so he pours liquid on her. Proportional. Yes. Then when she lunges st him with both hands he pushes her. Yes.

u/rcknmrty4evr 2h ago

You’re either ignorant or aware of the details and blatantly lying. Which is it?

u/plainjane202567 3h ago

I’m glad she’s still alive. This could’ve gone worse, and sometimes does. If this were another country and she lifted that bottle to a man, she would’ve disappeared that night.

u/AIBotnmbr99 2h ago

How many women do you think are murdered every year world wide? It’s way lower than you think. Google it.

u/plainjane202567 2h ago

How many countries deem reporting it as necessary? Having a career in studying trade statistics will show you just how accurate all of that data is.

u/AIBotnmbr99 2h ago

I think we can easily assume it’s not all, but it gives a reasonable ball park. It’s not the millions people believe st all.

We aren’t talking 60k vs 100k, we are talking 60k vs millions, which is what most people believe.
