David Ogden Stiers in a "what could've been" live action "Bonkers"

If Bonkers would've been made in live action mix like Who framed Roger Rabbit back in the 90s, I can't help but dream cast David Ogden Stiers as Vic "Stiff-Lips" Sullivan for the episode Toons, Trains and Toon Trains.
