Hi, I am going on October 11 and want to purchase a premiere pass that includes Let’s Get Wicked. I see they are only available through October 1. Does this mean the rest of the month is sold out or have those dates not been released for sale yet? Thank you!

My flight was changed so I’m how landing on the 6th, I think it’s mystic manor that shuts on the 7th. Would it be unrealistic to go to Disneyland after landing? We land midday and only have carry on bags. We will go a second day for more exploring of the park.

We aren’t staying at the Disney hotel, do they have lockers for bags?

Hi everyone! I’m planning to visit on Sunday, Dec 27 (during the Christmas holiday period). I’m expecting it to be busy, so I’d love to hear from anyone who has visited during the Christmas!

I’m hoping to do: Mystic Manor, Frozen Ever After, Ant-Man, Winnie Pooh + Friendtastic + Lunch at Starliner Diner, Dinner at Royal Banquet Hall

- If I don’t have pass, will I be able to finish all of these before Momentous?
- Which rides would you recommend prioritising?

- What time should I have lunch and dinner to avoid the busiest periods?

Hi everyone, but fun question but then a nice conversation but. How many times have you been to Disneyland?😁
My first Disneyland was in 2017 for my birthday in DHK and being the three times and this will be my fourth, going onto Halloween… and I’ve done one Disney cruise that came to Australia, and next year I’m going to Disneyland Tokyo😁

(I love Disney a lot and I found ‘today show’ - that’s an Aussie morning show - about D23 and I’m just being really curious but how many times has someone been to Disney🥰 because really if I could go so many times I would and I love hearing other people talking about Disney)

We are going for 1 day in September, is it more worthwhile to buy standard tickets, a ticket + meal voucher or the current tourist special going on with the £80 meal voucher? And any other tips for us? Coming from the UK

I’m looking to book two nights at one of the Disney hotels in June 2027. I can find rates on Expedia and Booking.com for Explorers and Hollywood but nothing that far out direct with Disney and nothing anywhere for Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. Just noticed today that the HKDL app is suddenly showing Mystic Manor as closed from Sep 7–24 😭
We’re visiting Sep 17–19 and had specifically checked the app/closures several times before booking because Mystic Manor was a huge reason for choosing HKDL. It definitely wasn’t listed as closed before.
Does anyone know more about this? Is this definitely a refurbishment or could the dates still change?

We will be in HK on a Saturday in October, arriving at 3pm and departing 10am the next day. We have booked an accommodation near the airport. Is it still doable to go to Disneyland, take on at least 3 rides and see the momentous with this very tight schedule?

I’m not magic access member sadly haha but curious if they just give all the slots to the magic access people or IS there limitations so then everyone no matter what tier they are on can get this.

Our visit to Hong Kong Disney, which has been planned for many months, now coincides with the launch of the Halloween 2026 events.

Does this mean that HK Disney will be crazy crowded? We’ve accidentally visited Tokyo Disney at the launch of new events and they seemed to attract huge crowds. I’m worried that the same is true for HK Disney.

"Party Like a Villain at Disney Halloween Time" will take place on September 18 to November 1 inclusive at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Here are all the details that are currently public.

Attractions

It does not look like Halloween overlay for Jungle River Cruise will make a return this year.

Entertainment

As usual, "Let's Get Wicked" will make its return this year. This would be the fourth year in a row which it did not get a thumbnail change. Therefore, it is expected that there will be no significant changes. Premiere Access is on sale now at HK$99 pp (price subjected to change). Festival of the Lion King will be closed from September 4 for preparation of "Let's Get Wicked".

Party wild, loud, and proud like Ursula, Dr. Facilier, Gaston and more Disney Villains at the award-winning musical "Let's Get Wicked." Sing along to their iconic anthems, dance to devilish beats, and celebrate your wicked side.

"Uninvited! A Villains Takeover Party" will also return this year. However, it will replace Friendtastic! during September 17-24 and October 13 - November 1. They may run simultaneously between September 25 and October 12. For some reason the show is classified as "Stage show" instead of "Parade" for 2026. Premiere Access is on sale now at HK$99 pp (price subjected to change). The viewing area is located in the central garden of Main Street, USA. The event starts on September 18 but this show will begin performing on September 17.

Party dark, powerful, and magnificent like Maleficent as she leads fellow Disney Villains in "Uninvited! A Villains Takeover Party." Witness an even grander takeover with a newly expanded route and more chances to join her magnificently dark celebration.

As usual, "Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner" is back. Reservations are open now for Magic Access members and will open for general public soon.

This site has already been live for a few weeks. I've deliberately held off making this post in the event that new details would be announced at D23. I am also not sure if "Party Like a Villain at Disney Halloween Time" is the final name, but it will have to do for now.

We plan to stay in Explorer's Lodge sometime in November, with the last day headed streight to the airport. My question is, is it better to book on the official HKDL website for the hotel, or it really isn't much difference with going through like booking.com.
Edit: Also I guess another convenient thing about booking directly through the official website is I can also book park tickets from there right?

My girlfriend and I are looking to do a week long trip to hong kong from the UK, we would arrive on a Saturday then leave the following saturday evening, I was planning to end the trip at disney, with the idea being to stay at the hotel thursday night and Friday night, with Friday as a full park day them Saturday our flight would be 10pm so we would do most of the day saturday before grabbing bags and leaving.

We are looking at going the second week in January. Would this 1.75 days be enough for two adults who want to do all the rides, shops and a few of the shows. We dont care for character meets, we dont like rushing around or having to have a "strategy" to optimise the day, we like having time to enjoy the ambience as well as the food and snacks.

We are planning a greater China area trip and debating if it’s worth going to HK a day earlier just to go to Disneyland or if we just skip it and fly back from Shanghai. We will most likely be going to SH Disneyland earlier in the trip and not sure if HKDL would be worth a visit for a 4.5 year old? He’s very into Disney characters but unclear if he would like or be old enough to want to go on any rides.

I signed up through Klook to do the Hong Kong Disney Magic RUN Fest this coming November. I’m signed up for the 10K race on Sunday 11/29 which starts at 6:00am. Sunday is also the day I check in to the HK Disney Explorer’s Lodge.

Because I don’t want to leave my luggage at my other hotel and have to go back to get it and then go all the way back to Disney, I was planning to bring it with me and leave it at the hotel.

Does anyone know how early you can drop luggage off at Explorers Lodge? It would be really early like 4:30/5am. Or is there some other place that I can leave my luggage? I’ll have at least 1 checked bag and 1 carry on and a backpack - possibly 2 checked bags depending on how much shopping I do in Japan 😂

I was in the area for work when the typhoon shut everything down. I saw HKDL had a delayed start so figured it should be a chill day. It turned out to be absolutely amazing! The park was basically empty so walked on to everything. We got some rain on and off but it held off for the fireworks.

Highlights and my impressions

\- the MTR resort line is so convenient And beautifully decorated.

\- people seem to love taking pictures with characters and less so with the attractions. The longest line were all with character, meet and greets but not really with the attractions.

\- arendelle is absolutely beautiful the way it was built against the natural scenery and the mountain makes it look real and it's especially beautiful at night.

\-the park was so empty! Not sure how different this is from usual attendance.

\- I basically walked on every single ride. The longest I waited was about 4 minutes for grizzly mountain ride. As a person who's pretty much a scaredy cat around roller coasters, this was probably my favorite ride all day.

\- I had my own frozen boat! And basically rode in the front of most coasters.

\- it's a Small world is also beautifully decorated and each of the continents had their own room.

\- The lion king show is less technical than the one in Disney world. There was less acrobatics and instead there was more of a focus on The Lion King story. Still is worth going to .

\- mystic Manor is Hong Kong's ghost free version of Haunted Mansion. It uses the trackless system amazingly, The decoration and the whole ride his breathtaking and I can totally see why some people call it the best Disney ride ever.

\- hyperspace mountain is Star wars themed and lots of fun. It is not nearly as jerky as the one in Disney world and Disneyland. I rolled it twice back to back and didn't even feel anything in my back.

\- hated the iron Man experience. The 3D glasses just made me dizzy and I almost got motion sickness coming out of it.

\- about the jungle cruise was a complete miss for me. Our Skipper attempted a Australian accent but that along with her Chinese accent made it completely impossible for me to understand.

\- the park was smaller. Even though the park was only open from 3-830pm, I was able to do everything multiple times.

\- The momentum night show is probably the best one I have ever been to. Since the park was pretty much empty I was able to be right up in the front. The projections on the castle look amazing along with the water.

Is HK Disneyland worth it for a stopover after a cruise on the Singapore Disney Advneute? We are travelling from New Zealand and are not interested in traveling though HK, it would just be a stopover for Disney
