Its weird like the whole world hates America… iran and canada now have something in common. Its almost like hes trying to make everyone hate America before he leaves.

I live with one roommate and for the past month I kept noticing tiny things in my room being different when I got home. Nothing stolen, just stuff like my desk chair pushed in when I know I left it out, my blinds being open, or a hoodie I'd left on the bed suddenly being on the chair.
I asked my roommate twice if she'd been in there and she said no both times.
So last week before work I put a tiny clear piece of tape between the top of my door and the frame. You couldn't see it unless you knew it was there. When I got home it was broken.
I asked her again and this time told her about the tape. She admitted she'd gone in because she wanted to borrow my full length mirror for an outfit and said she's gone in a few other times for random stuff too. She thinks the tape thing is way creepier than anything she did and said living with someone who "sets traps" makes her uncomfortable.
Now she's barely talking to me and one of our mutual friends actually agrees with her that I should've just trusted her instead of testing her.
I do have some spare cash if this turns into a situation where one of us has to move, but I'd rather not blow up an otherwise decent roommate situation over this.
AITA? I genuinely can't tell if the tape was too much.

Edit: I just want to say thank you so much to everyone who commented. I’ve probably read every single one. I post on Reddit all the time none of my posts ever blow up like this. I did 5 years of weekly therapy, I’ve worked so hard on myself to be the person I am today. All of your comments were so incredibly validating. I sincerely hope domestic infant adoption in the us can change.
I want to preface what I’m about to talk about that my situation is in a much better place current day, but it is still 100% true that adoption has been the worst experience of my life.
I think everyone who is uninformed thinks adoption is this beautiful thing. This selfless thing. That women who choose adoption are choosing between adoption and termination. I understand why the majority of people would think that. It’s always how adoption is portrayed in the media. But it’s not reality. Also I am talking about domestic infant adoption in the us just fyi.
The hell that is open adoption is an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Watching someone else raise your child, getting to experience all of their milestones. It’s a very unique kinda torture.
The whole adoption process in the us is so disgusting to me. All of these waiting couples will say anything they think you want to hear to get you to pick them. At least that was my experience.
Like I said at the top, my situation is in a much better place. But the grief is something I will have with me for the rest of my life. It’s not all consuming anymore but it’s still there and it will never fully disappear.
Other developed countries don’t have domestic infant adoption like the us. Adoption is not a cure for infertility. It should be about child welfare. It shouldn’t be used to take babies from lower income women to give them to higher income families.
The reason I wrote this post was I see sometimes people suggest adoption to a woman who is having a hard time during pregnancy. I just think you only do that if you are extremely uneducated.
If you read all of this, thanks for reading my rant. Like I said I’m in a much better place, but sometimes I still get triggered. Food is cupcakes I made.

If you say this I already assume that you only listen to the most boring, basic and mainstream artists ever. Stop pretending you're better than people who are really into a certain genre and care about art.
I don't think I've ever heard this from a person that is genuinely interested in music and the exploration of it, only people who listen to what everybody else listens to.

Hello, I've been practicing push ups for a year now. Started from wall, incline, knee and now finally on all 4 but with a band. It has taken me a long time to reach this stage and I'm hoping by end of this year, I will be able to do clean push ups without any band. I just wanted to share this here because of social media i keep seeing women crack doing push ups in 3-4 months, though this is also true that those were women who were skinny and at this weight the challenge is harder. So if you are a plus size woman trying to learn push-ups, don't give up. Also, feedback on form is welcome and tips and tricks to learn faster. 🙏
