Discussion [JAMES BOYD The Athletic’s COLTS WRITER] Who will win the AFC South?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
The AFC South is wide open 👀
Can the Texans take back the division? Will the Jaguars repeat? Is Daniel Jones the missing piece for the Colts? And can Cam Ward deliver for Tennessee?
James Boyd breaks it all down.

Colts finally due to run the AFC South again? How old and where were yall in life since the last time the Colts won the division?
I was still in high school (28 now)😂, was then a San Diego Chargers fan. Stopped rooting for them after they left to LA. I remember growing up in the 2000s/early 2010s the Colts were always a 12-14 win team. A lot has changed since 2014 and feels like that deflate game in NE was the beginning of the downfall of the Luck era in my opinion. Last year was looking great and thought it was the year where the Colts retake the division but of course the wheel falls off. This team is due man, I’m tired of the same old 9-8, 8-9 barely missing the playoffs era. Their time is up, our time is now!!

Discussion Colts 53-man Roster & Practice Squad Visualization
Not an official depth chart, but here’s a look at the updated 53 and practice squad in a compact, easy to read format!
Also, are there any depth orderings/listings worth shifting on this sheet? What's the plan for swing tackle at the moment? Who's the first man up in each position group?

Giddens listed as the sole backup RB on official depth chart
Last week, Giddens and McGowan were both listed as the RB2. Now McGowan and Castle are listed as the RB3. Does this means Giddens won the job?

Pregame Recs?
Heading into town for the season opener. What are some good options for brunch/bars beforehand? Small party, decent food, not outrageously expensive but ok shelling out about $100 each for food and drinks. Not planning to get sloppy, but a few drinks each. Do we need reservations or anything?
Also, I’ve heard there’s plenty of parking and don’t need to worry about it too much. Any recs regarding that?

It's been a loooong 7 years since Andrew Luck retired. When can we escape the 9-8/8-9 mediocrity?
Shout out to Old Man Rivers for giving us one season of hope

Rank these teams in terms of suffering since their last franchise QB left. (Luck, Brees, Big Ben, Eli)

Shit post Wisconsin vs ND alum
As I was watching the Wisconsin versus Notre Dame game, I realized we have several players from both teams. So I am curious who would win in a pretend brawl:
For Wisconsin: JT, Tanor Bortolini, Hunter Wohler.
For Notre Dame: Quenton Nelson, Riley Leonard, Spencer Schrader, and Jerry Tillery.
So ND gets an extra man in the fight but two of them are a 3rd string QB and a kicker. Wisconsin gets you a center, running back, and safety/dime LB.
What say you?

Colts Final 2026 Win-Loss Predictions: IMO
These are my Colts predictions with final outcome 10-7. The weeks with asterisks are bold predictions, which is feel could go either way, but because I'm an optimist, I feel we'll win.
What do y'all think?
Go Colts! 💙

Roster Move [Schefter] Giants released veteran WR Darius Slayton.
Possible addition to the Colts? 👀 given the Keenan Allen and Alec Pierce situations?

Discussion How’s DJ Giddens? Holding in Dynasty and Wondering if there’s anything here?
Tested Well in Combine and seems to have size and speed. Obv he was hurt most of preseason. Don’t even think he’s RB2 at the moment, but feel like he’s better than McGowan. Idk tell me Colts fans. Anything here or JAG?

Favorite place to watch Colts in Indy when they are on the road.
I’ll be in town for Ed Sheeran and the colts play the Steelers 🤮the next day. I’d like to go somewhere fun and watch the game with other Colts fans. Any suggestions.
