Okay, i will cut this short in few words because its simple to understand, yet impossible.

So since i've been doing crafting quests for last 10+ years i figured that i don't really need to cook everything every 4 days, so i started using batch-craft, for provisioning and alchemy.

Works great, however this is some problem, you see 2-3 weeks ago, i started using this to save time obviously, however since i have made like 5-6 times worth of all sorts of pots, literally my 80-90 pots just vanish, its impossible.

I craft 25=100 pots, i by today i should be at what 75-76, however i crafted batch just now, 08.09.2026, i will track it when is the next time i need to craft yet again Magicka potions.

Its impossible something is happening but i don't know what.
They are not going into bank, i store them in junk just like everything else i need, never sold junk once in my life, its my personal safe space inventory i'm used to keeping things there, so they can't really vanish, you know, i've stored millions and million of items and never once something was missing.

One can say multiple characters so you got confused, maybe, but its impossible every few days, i have to craft magicka pots or something on all characters like game simply deletes them.

Very, very, weird situation.

So let me know if this is a stupid question do any of you guys out there truly know how im supposed to use this rotation? I am not having trouble with content I’m just curious as to what the true rotation of this is

New player, well played to level 26 probably back in 2016. Started 2 months ago and am now champ 160+

Was enjoying arc, then storm caller, aedric spear too. Herald of the tome for arc.

Dual wield and destruction staff atm. Loving it.

Bar1: dual wield : boundless storm, prag fatecarver, luminous shards, camo hunter, cephaliarchs flail (only reason i have health ever), ult: languid eye

Bar2: dest staff: inspired scholarship (for the boosts), elemental susceptibility (love it), lightening flood (looks neat and like 8k extra damage if i hit a+b in there), aurora javelin (to hit enemies off cliffs), flail again, ult: elemental rage (just neat i guess)

I do run short on stamina, but luminous shards helps get some of that back if i cast it close by. Burning light sounds like its cool even if i never notice it.

I was wondering if I should replace it with radiant dawn templar or dragon knight. I also see some necromancer suggestions.

Or replace both with those. Im looking to not run out of health/stamina and seem to have extra magicka while i fight so far.

I love the speed boost from boundless storm, and even the extra damage from lightening flood when i can proc it. Makes it hard to decide to change at all.

I know assassination is a big suggestion but unless the invisible part lets me run faster too idk.

I suppose I just want fun spellcaster variety, while not being tooooo spongy. AI and separately all the various forums point me in a couple different directions, but I figured someone here may have additional/different insight.

Id like to solo things while being useful in groups too. I think I have full deadly and order’s on right now as far as gear.

(I DONT EAT FOOD OR HAVE POTIONS HOTKEYED) I assume thats my REAL problem, but am curious what suggestions I get anyway.

First off, I want to say that I’m not a big MMORPG player. The only MMORPG I’ve played so far is SWTOR, but I’ve put thousands of hours into it. What I like most about RPGs is the role-playing aspect. The ability to create your own character and play as them, doing what they would do. Every character has a different personality and behaves differently. And SWTOR let me do that without any problems. I've played through all the class stories several times with different characters, using different playstyles and making different decisions. But I wanted to try something different, and since Bethesda is probably the most-well-known company specializing in RPGs after the fall of BioWare, I didn’t think twice. And I’m not really sure what to think about it.

Exploration in ESO is amazing. The ability to just wander around the world and discover various hidden places is something SWTOR doesn’t even come close to, and I was captivated by it. But as I progressed through the story, I realized that the game offers me absolutely no choices. Maybe I’m spoiled by BioWare’s dialogue options, where I can respond in three different ways at any given moment, but I’d be satisfied with far fewer options. Yet ESO offers me none. Every dialogue has only two options: cancel and continue. No option to respond differently or influence the outcome. Yes, I get it. I’ve read several comments saying, “But this is an online game, not a single-player game; you can’t have the option to completely change the story.” And I totally understand that. I don’t need to completely change the story, I just need to be given different paths to get there.

I’m actually still just at the beginning of the game. I’m playing as the Daggerfall Covenant and I’m in Stormhaven. On Betnikh, I completed the Farsight quest, where I saw glimpses of the future. At the end, Magula tells me, “You saw possible futures. No path is set. Your actions will influence what is to come.” But I can’t influence absolutely nothing. Not only could I not prevent the murder of Duchess Lakana, but I acted as if I knew nothing about it. I have no way of saying, “Hey, Sir Hughes, I saw a vision of you murdering the Duchess! I’m sorry, but I’m seriously not going to let you go to her alone!” No, I’ll let him go to her, and then I’ll even say, “The Duchess is safe; Sir Hughes is with her,” even though I know he’s murdering her at this very moment.

At this point, I have absolutely no desire to continue. What’s the point of an RPG without any role-playing and with such poor writing, where I can’t even admit that I know something I learned in another quest specifically for this situation? All the dialogues and events are predetermined, and all I do is just move from one predetermined dialogue to the next.

So, to keep this from being just a rant, I’d like to hear your thoughts. Am I missing something? What do you do to create at least some role-playing aspect in this game, if that’s even possible? And does it get better later in the story or in the expansions?

So I will be grinding these 2 dungeons (Veteran difficulty) probably for a month or two.

I main as a tank.
What do you suggest? Or do you expect from your tank?

1. 33k resist
2. Major and minor breach
3. Crushing enchant
4. Tremorscale “penetration based on resistance”

What else do you expect from your tank in these 2 dungeons?
-extra heals?
-extra def shield?
-resu from necro?
-aoe pull?
-single target pull?
- should i also bring long range taunt?

Sorry I don’t want to bother people in game since people have very long queue times. Please suggest things that i need before i go there.

Is it just my imagination? Or are we now able to activate our own synergies?

Been ages since I touched ESO and... well. Gripes aside it's sometimes fun so I'll dive in again.

Usually I have ESO+ but it's not exactly a possibility at this moment. How is the game playable without ESO+? (and especially the crafting bag) Since there was apparently a boatload of changes since Morrowind...

I have been wanting a new MMO after the New World fiasco, but I can't find anything.

Anyone else hate it when you're in BGs and you wanna fight but your entire team just lingers in spawn and is scared to push into the enemy ball with you so you get jumped by like 8 people and you die. And that basically the case the entire match. You're either the only one dropping down from spawn or your team just engages in a poke battle with the other team and never advances, only to subsequently get steamrolled because they're too scared to be aggressive

Excusing the elephant in the room that is ZOS disliking the concept of permanent summons/pets despite having classes centered around the idea of companions because they want to be "not like other MMOs" (Not surprised If Warden bear & Sorcerer summons get cut in the refreshes), nothing about the abilities they've shown so far make any sense to me.

Shalks was replaced with a flying gryphon but not Cliffracer...the literal flying creature, Betty Netch was given reduced visual clarity by getting rid of the beam and making it smaller, and not only is Spriggan not a permanent summon but the seemingly single target heal has a 1 second delay.

As a Warden main, it not only concerns me that this is all they have to show but what is being shown feels like downgrades. I'll genuinely be shocked If the bear survives.

Anyone know how strong ww is gonna be next patch? The sustain nerfs didnt seems so bad and they didnt touch their dmg. So just put on a sustain set to combine with savage werewolf draining poisons and they should be as nasty as ever.
Reason i ask is becouse every bg i do theres only ww and maybe a couple of DKs, and its just not fun anymore. So plan is if next patch is just gonna be another WW patch i think i am gonna do as the rest of the pvp’ers have done amd just leave.
Maybe return when templars gets reworked if there is any players left then.

I know people like the racial passives and identity, but ESO has really been leaning into "play how you want" in recent years, for the most part. Rip aoe taunt.

My thought would be to let the player choose which passives they want to invest in, regardless of race. One option would be to keep the 3 stat ones and bonus skill slots, and allow the player to choose from the selection of all stat passives like Class Masteries. The bonus skills, like swimming fast, could be earnable by doing some quest related to each race, like a quest involving Argonians to be rewarded the bonus skill.

The other option would be to give players all existing passives, so all players get an instant buff, but then allow them to invest in 3 or however many more stat passives, again similar to Class Mastery.

This would allow you to still be a big Orc with a lot of health and extra damage or an agile Khajiit with more stamina and crit damage, but this would get rid of the need for min maxing your race to hit certain caps. It would just give everyone more freedom, so they don't have to pick a specific race to get the best results for a particular role.

So I played Tales of Tribute today as I found doing the daily and getting the boxes can get me recepies and stuff which is awesome. But guess what I lost every single game, played 10 games lost of all it. I literally banged my head on the wall for loosing so many times. Any advice on how I can get good as practice has not made me do great. Any advice on what I should do and how should I play. I just wanna get through the dailys with atleast one win, that's all I ask.

I recently had to do a full reinstall of the game (including resetting all of my add-on settings), and I cannot figure out how to get rid of this double border on the quick slot when using Fancy Action Bar+

Hey yall, I just started this game a few days ago. When I play Skyrim the build I like the most is a mage summoner, and want to do something similar that is viable in eso.
I picked the sorcerer class at the beginning and picked Nord as the race.
My question is, is it even viable to create a summoner main? If it is, what would everyone recommend? I have read online that subclassing the Daederic summoner skill tree with the necromancer summoning skill tree (grave lord) the best option?
Please give as much info as you can for this build to work! I am open to restarting with a different race. I am also interested to know where to put my level up points, and which options under each skill tree would be best for my build (like when you merge your abilities to the next level ones or whatever it’s called).

Hello everyone. I’m new to PvP but not ESO. I have played PvE strictly for the last few years and I feel like I can hang with the best of them. I’m trying my hand at PvP BG now and really struggling. Some games I can get about 5-9 kills but most I just get steam rolled. I have a DK and Arcanist with class mastery. Working on a nightblade, Templar, and warden. My favorite is the arcanist. Seriously considering sorcerer and necromancer. Pretty much the whole list lol. I love ESO. Anyways, I want to be successful at carrying my weight and pulling in kills. Any suggestions on what stats should look like? I.e. spell/weapon damage, crit chance, etc.? I’m open to suggestions as far as class/race and builds. If arcanist is doable I’d love that but I’m not married to that. If you need more info let me know and I’ll be happy to provide it.

I've cleared every dungeon on vet, most of the hard modes but not the trifectas. My group couldn't come to an agreement what the hardest one is so I'm asking. Which vet dungeon is the hardest?

My friend and got returned to this game together, but started over as the last time we both played was on consoles. We are currently both around cp130-150, but have experienced pretty crazy dungeon queue times when playing together. He is DPS and I am a healer and it usually takes 45min at minimum, or just will never put us in over a 3-5 hour play session. Throughout the leveling process it didn’t seem to get any better. However, when we play solo and solo queue for dungeons we get them extremely fast. Is there something we’re missing or doing wrong? I know I’ve seen people say that if two people are DPS it can take a while but as a healer I thought that might speed things up. Any advice or clarification is appreciated, thanks!

So, I launch ESO via Steam on a Mac (M3 pro). I have an external display that I use as my main, with the inbuild screen as my second display. When I launch ESO, the mouse is stuck in rotate char mode during character selection and if I use my keyboard to actually select a character and get into the game, it does weird stuff with my camera. I tried adding to my accessibility options in system settings, disabled steam overlay, tried windowed mode, but nothing worked. The only way I can play is if I close my mac lid, launch the game with only the external monitor up and then open my lid again. Sure I can play, but having to do this every bloody time is getting really annoying, so I am reaching out to see if anyone got a solution. (and no, I am not getting a windows device and while I do have a steamdeck, that has its own issues with software)
