Please help me identify this insect. Sorry if the pics aren’t clear as I was freaking out.

This was after coming back from hiking. It was on my headscarf.

ChatGPT was suggesting carpet beetle but I don’t know about that and I’ve never seen ticks. It was round and shiny on top.

I also found out I have two bites on my elbow near each other.

Found on sofa. Only one and it was hard.

Thought it might be a sewing tool, but I don't recognize it. AI tells me it's a zipper pull or a shelf peg, neither is correct.

Dude was biking on side walk. Stopped to work with some of the phones on his bike. What could this 5 phones be for?

I have a General Electric Profile widow unit in my living room that is relatively new.. maybe a little over a year. I had the same one before and it lasted a little over 4 years before it started giving up the ghost..i was looking it over seeing if maybe I could maybe see what's up cause it has power going to it but you push the button and nothing

. But while I was looking i noticed a white light blinking on the left about 3 inches from the bottom..i pulled it out and there's this thing plugged in.. it looks like some kinda flash drive or something. I'm a fuckin redneck and I've had widow units my whole life and I have NEVER seen one with a flash drive that blinks.. and another thing is that this ain't your average everyday run of the mill flash drive.. this thing is an inch and a half long and about an inch wide... can someone PLEEEEASE explain to me why a regular ol window unit has a flash drive inside of it and is there a way I can plug this thing in somewhere and see what's on it?? In case y'all ain't figured it out yet..i ain't computer savvy soooooo.....i could REALLY use some help on this one..i mean... there ain't nobody spyin on me or some shit right?? I mean, me and my ol lady get kinda freaky some paydays... nothing illegal of course but help a brother out y'all

Two slightly convex Masonite pegboard panels with mirror finish (one is 4'x6'; other is 2'x6'). Recovered from Nordstrom dumpster. Presume they were part of some display, but can't find any record online of how they were use and am genuinely baffled as to a logical way they would have been. Any insights appreciated.

What are these tiny bugs in my kitchen? They’re smaller than ants, are kind of fast and jump(?) when I’m near them (they’re not fast enough for me to be unable to catch them), and they leave a black mark when squished

For some context, I’m a college student and live with my uncle. He has a boyfriend that is very weird and has some severe underlying mental health issues and is also on drugs. My uncle’s out of town for work most of the time so it’s mostly just him at the house as I won’t stay here alone with him. I came back to the house after a while of not being here and found this in the basement…. What is this?? The tray of random shit is what was in that small greenhouse and the chairs were right behind it.

Our house was built in 1925. Within a city neighborhood with kit/catalog homes. A few houses on the street have light poles near the same area in their yards. Does this look like an electrical or gas hookup for a lamp pole in the front yard? What is this?

I decided to try these smaller bags of Kroger ground coffee. I don't remember noticing this in the first bag (French Vanilla), but in this Caramel bag, a weird plastic thing is right there.

I'm not a fan of the plastic touching my food. Ignoring the coffee grounds, the plastic sometimes looks whiter in areas.

Just unpacking after a move and noticed these white sections on my toolkit case. I had this set under a dark cupboard for years at my old place and didn't look at it much. So is this mold or some kind of chalky mark?

Last Thursday night, I left for a Labor Day Weekend getaway in LA. I left my car at my lady friend’s apartment in their back lot and gave her my keys to look after. Earlier today, she sent me pictures of a weird card she found on my windshield (naturally since there are girly names she suspected that I was cheating). On first inspection, I brushed this postcard off as some random people messing around and I happened to lie in their path. However, as I looked deeper into it, I started to worry. There are weird markings and references to planets and an ominous Gmail address (I would not recommend emailing them). I am a spiritual person, so I feel like it may even be black magic (a bit dramatic but in my opinion valid). This situation begs many questions: who did this? Why? Why my car? Being parked in a random lot accessible by only a small alley throws me off even more. If anyone has any ideas please comment.

just came outside to see my basil wilting (she does that sometimes, the environment I’m growing her in is not very nice to basil) with this weird white powder in the pot. is this a mold or some kinda insect tell? we have mouses/rats in the area if that helps. google is not being very helpful and thinks it’s parmesan.

I pulled this out from the back of my cutlery drawer, and have no idea what it is made for. I don't remember which appliance it came with. It has no grooves at the business end for gripping. Stainless steel, feels heavy and solid.
