interview- 29 july
offerletter- 8 sept
state govt college,
gave interview for digital
2027 batch.
i shifted interview around
ai+cloud+computer networks + ip address+ how hosting works+ aws + ssh+ why linux....
2 dsa question + 1 sql(nth highest salary--> gave two approaches)
insert node in doubly linked list (handled edge cases)
write code for pascal triangle
ONE QUESTION I DIDN'T ANSWERED WAS --> (WHAT IS ROWNUM? checked later it's a pseudo column in oracle db).
MR didn't even saw my resume, i started projects in my introduction and he continued from there only and asked more then more from my words.

Got placed at 6 LPA from a tier-3 college. This is more than a lot of people around me even got, and I worked for it. But every time I open reddit, it's someone posting their 2-digit package, or a "how I cracked FAANG" story.
I'm not hating on any of them. Genuinely they put in the work, they prepped hard, they earned exactly what they got. This isn't about begrudging anyone's success .It's just hard not to compare.
I should feel proud, but it quietly makes me feel small.

guys, i've finally been placed (got the offer on 22nd aug) ...it's a cybersecurity company (21 base & 5% variable pay)
honestly, it was one hell of a journey
on 11th aug, i got rejected by one of my dream companies with 17 lpa ctc & 12 base (didn't get full time conversion), and uske baad ke 10 days were the toughest days of my life ...i was almost depressed thinking about how things were going
but somehow, within 10 days of that rejection, i ended up getting an offer with almost double the base pay
the offer is it + pbc, so i'm still not completely sure how things will turn out, but i'm looking forward to it
ig the only thing i'd want to say is : the best and the worst thing about time is that it changes!
keep going people!

So I am happy to announce that I got recently placed in a service based company(on campus). But now after researching more about the company, i found that there are multiple issues with how employees are treated (favouritism, slow hikes, promotion and work life balance).
Now I got placed fairly early in my batch, now I am not sure if I should be happy or not
The biggest thing I feel is that the company claims x lpa but they didn't clarify more about the breakdown and simply said that in hand post tax will be ~ x/12(doesn't come under income tax and doesn't give those 1st year bonuses and all) but not sure.
Also i have heard that most of the project that they have is maintenance ones, so how will this affect my long term career
Willing to share more details in dm.
Thankyou
(Edit:- yes, I am grateful for what I have and really looking forward to your opinions and guidance)

I’m a final-year student at a Tier-1 college, from a non-circuital branch, with a CGPA slightly below 8.
I’m sitting for SDE placements this year. I didn’t do a typical corporate internship this summer, but I did complete GSoC with a positive evaluation.
How much of a disadvantage is the lack of a corporate internship likely to be? Will it significantly hurt my chances of getting an SDE role paying >15 LPA?
For context, I have a decent DSA/competitive programming background and some projects as well.
Would appreciate insights from people who have gone through placements in a similar situation.

hey , can some one help me with few tips for the code debugging portion for upcoming capgemini drive 2027. like i did my dsa in python but there's no option for python so i have to go with c/c++. but the major prblem is the syllabus for code debugging starts from tree dp graph and all that . honeslt i am not very good with advanced dsa . i can solve basic problems from all thes topics but suddenly switching to c/c++ for advanced dsa feels a lot uncomfortable. if anyone can give any tips it will be helpful. Also if thers is someone from 27 batch who already gave the xam can you please tell the level of the question.

Hey anyone one want to travel from new delhi to pune
for kpit pool drive 2026 ..

Does anyone know what the actual process or statistics are for the full time conversion after their
1 year TDI Apprenticeship in Pune / Bangalore ?
I heard they mention it was 100 people out of 200 in Pune location for last year’s batch, however some said the actual count was near to 40 so want to confirm this.
if one has a full time offer is it better to proceed with that instead of this apprenticeship / internship ?
Any and every feedback is appreciated, thank you 🙏

Hi everyone,
I’m applying for the AIML Incubator Intern role at IQVIA (Kochi) and wanted to know if anyone has recently gone through the selection process for this specific role.
Could anyone who has taken the assessment/interview share some details about:
What was the online assessment pattern?
How long was the test?
What kind of questions were asked — Python, ML/AI, aptitude, logical reasoning, coding, SQL, GenAI, etc.?
Was it MCQ-based, coding-based, or a combination?
Were there any technical/AI-related questions specifically?
What were the interview rounds like?
Was there a GenAI/ML technical interview or coding round?
Any topics you would recommend preparing beforehand?
I’m specifically looking for recent experiences for the AIML Incubator Internship at IQVIA, so any information about the actual selection process would be really helpful.
Thanks!

I am in a internship where I was selected based on hackathon for AI/ML intern, and for 2 months we had training period on ML, and then we were given data collection job which was manual, and now we are being made to map the data in a required format, that too we are being forced to do it manually, cause there is no way we can automate that, and we are not having time to build a script too, I am feeling like wasting my time and I have this as my internship experience in my resume. I can't be explaining I am doing manual data entry work in an interview right, we are labelled as ai/ml intern where we do manual work. There is nothing technical I can say in this intern, what should I do, should I leave, it's been a year

I’m wondering how much luck/randomness plays a role in campus placements. Not just being lucky enough to get selected, but things like whether you get shortlisted, which questions you happen to get in an OA/interview, how many candidates apply, how many openings there are that year, and whether your profile happens to match what a company is looking for.
I’ve been preparing seriously but still facing repeated rejections, so I’m trying to understand how much of the outcome is actually within our control. What have your experiences been?
