Unanswered What is up with blaming Patrick in the Lindsey Clancy case and can someone PLEASE factually and logically explain why he is not considered a suspect?
Can someone explain to me factually why Patrick is not considered a suspect in the Lindsey Clancy case.
First i apologise for this because this is probably the umpteenth question about this case this sub has got. Link: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSqra6Gd4/
Okay my understanding is that the case concluded in a mistrial and fact is that innocence for her is not on the table. She’s either going to prison or a mental asylum.
My TikTok feed has been infiltrated with bonkers conspiracies about how Patrick did it, I’ve listened to arguments/analysis from both sides and seem some of trial but not most of it. The only question I have is why Patrick wasn’t considered a suspect in this case but more so why the HELL these TikTok crazies are coming up with all this insane theories as to why he did it and how Lindsey is innocent.
I understand women and mothers are often let down by the healthcare and support system but my understanding is Lindsey actually did have support and was financially well off.
I am a feminist myself and probably one of the very few that do not support her from what I see online. I feel pretty alone in that opinion.
EDIT: Just want to point out I’m not American and I’m not fully informed of how the court system works over there.
