An Update from Insite Arms
Over the last 10 months the company has undergone notable change.
It is my hope this letter can provide clarity over rumors you may have heard and provide background information if you have been contacted by the police.
In November 2025, I obtained evidence my former business partner, Harley Greene had been stealing from the company. Our shareholder agreement was structured to protect myself as the financial investor in Insite; Harley’s shares in Insite were gifted to him in hope of creating goodwill. Theft or any criminal behavior resulted in his immediate removal from Insite Arms.
A criminal investigation began in December 2025. Harley was arrested and charged on August 24th, 2026. His charges are as follows:
Theft over $5000*
Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm obtained through the commission of a criminal offence*
Unauthorized Transfer of a Firearm*
Unauthorized Manufacture of a Firearm*
Trafficking in Firearm Accessories - Possessed goods valued at more than $5,000, knowing the property had been obtained through the commission of an indictable offence*
*The above charges are all “alleged” offences & remain allegations
He was ordered to NOT possess ANY firearm, firearm part, ammunition or any restricted/prohibited weapon or device.
The RCMP were able to go back 7 years. Evidence shows Harley had been stealing throughout the entire period and beyond. One of the various methods was through Insite Arms customer payments. Harley’s personal EMT address was given as a payment method and funds went directly into his personal account. Our customers’ assumed payment was accepted by Insite for Insite Arms Products. As well, many products were sold under the guise that items were, “his own,” or a “friend’s” items or goods. This was the pretense for numerous sales where our customers assumed nothing was unusual. Subsequent research revealed a very disturbing pattern; Harley’s place of employment prior to Insite had a very similar experience.
I made the mistake of trusting Harley to manage the shop. Working away as a contract pharmacist I took zero wages from Insite. This allowed the shop to be sustainable and provide a consistent income for Harley; Ironically, my absence and misplaced trust was fully capitalized upon.
An Investigator has contacted many customers over the last several months. There is absolutely ZERO focus on our customers; The RCMP is only looking for confirmation that funds sent were presumed to be paid to Insite Arms, OR Insite product was described as personal property. Please be assured that I am NOT interested in the return of ANY product as our customers did absolutely nothing wrong.
The financial loss has been massive, and the personal betrayal by someone I once considered a friend has been difficult to reconcile. Going forward, Insite continues to operate online supplying top-line parts and components. I look forward to positive years ahead for Insite Arms.
My family and I are deeply grateful to everyone who has taken time out of their busy lives to make these statements. These records are extremely important as each adds weight to the total dollar value attached to his charges; this can have a potential impact on the possibility of restitution ordered.
