What demographics are you talking about?

If you decrease poverty, decrease inequality, you decrease crime

Realistically, I’m talking mostly about IQ, but there’s many categories of demographics that correlate strongly with crime - specifically the bottom ~20%

Bottom 20% wealth? So a metric that can be improved by giving poor people money?

IQ is less correlated with crime than poverty is. Got any not dumb ideas?
