I feel like even the embodiment of evil would look at what they did and say yikes

u/Faedoodles 2d ago

I'll never forget that they are the reason we know the human body is 70% water. Also, I'll never look up how the figured it out.

u/Venusgate 2d ago

But they'll still teach us that fact at school and through pbs, like i'm supposed to do something with that ill-gotten information as an 8yo kid.

The mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell

u/Venusgate 2d ago

Oh dont tell me the axis powers figured that one out too

u/ResidentCrayonEater 2d ago

Worse. The mitochondria was designed by Axis engineer Kraft von Cellman. Previously, cells used inefficient, wood-burning stoves typically made from cast iron.

u/Quttlefish 1d ago

Did he also invent Mac and Cheese because I'm not giving it up I don't care how many people were killed

u/ResidentCrayonEater 1d ago

Luckily, there you are safe! It was indeed invented by a Kraft, Kraft Käse von Cellman, Kraft von Cellman's brother. Much like the German Imperial family naming everyone Wilhelm, the Kraft brothers' parents named all their sons in a similar manner.

Anyway, Kraft Käse left the Weimar Republic (now Germany) in 1929. There is no evidence to suggest that Kraft Käse was involved with the work of his brother or the Axis.

We are all just Megazord piloted by mitochondria

We are brains piloting a bone mech, with meat armor.

u/Kolby_Jack33 2d ago

Bones only serve two purposes: structural stability and making blood. Nerves are transmitters, and meat is what moves you. Meat is not armor, it's pretty terrible at protecting you considering all the precious blood that's inside of it. You need that blood! Bones can't make it that fast!

Skin is the armor, although mainly it's armor that keeps your blood and guts in rather than keeping much of anything out.

u/NoobieSnax 2d ago

Skin is pretty effective at keeping germs out and helping to regulate body temperature.

Meat & bone mech with skin & fabric armor?

u/Calm_Age_ 1d ago

Nurse here, bones are also integral to your body's mineral balance. You store calcium in your bones wich is then released into your blood. This is important because without the proper levels of calcium in your blood your muscles can't contract, including your heart.

Were a really shity mech

u/Greyhand13 2d ago

3lbs of soggy bacon hallucinating and bio engineering enough on super low voltage, we're a gottamm engineering marvel

u/kirbleknee 2d ago

They should really remake Parasite Eve. The body horror element would be so cool with today's visuals.

There is nothing, NOTHING that I want Square Enix to do more. Sadly after PE2 the original author didn't want his work used like that anymore and then we got 3rd Birthday. Eugh

u/TinyCrickets2307 1d ago

Could be worse, could be midichlorians

u/AerondightWielder 2d ago

Joke's on you, I'm Daimos piloted by Ryuzaki Kazuya.
