Over this shit but too broke to quit š
Recently we had JU visit our region, PAC South, and honestly Iāve been wondering what the hell the purpose of that visit actually was. Like, did she come here to actually fix this fucked up system and leadership team we have? Or was she here to investigate some of the shit thatās been going on, like the rumors about an ACO sleeping with a TL? š
And then thereās the favoritism. Maria seems to love playing favorites with whoever is willing to gossip to her the most, and somehow those are the same people who end up moving up in the company. Maybe Iām crazy, but how is everyone else supposed to look at that and not question it?
There has been SO much turnover here, and I genuinely donāt understand how nobody seems to be asking why. People keep leaving, people are unhappy, and now apparently one of the ACOs just stopped showing up. At some point you have to wonder if people are just tired of putting up with the bullshit.
Weāre constantly told that weāre supposed to create an environment where people can āchallengeā each other and have difficult conversations. But apparently that only applies when youāre challenging someone in a way they actually like. The second you give feedback they donāt want to hear, youāre basically on the blacklist. Then suddenly the warnings start coming. š
I honestly think this leadership team has a serious problem with listening to feedback. You canāt constantly preach about wanting people to speak up while simultaneously making people feel like theyāre going to be punished for speaking up.
And donāt even get me started on some of these new managers. How are people being promoted when they donāt even seem to know how to properly run or clean their own stores? Meanwhile, Iām seeing ACOs cleaning their stores or sending us to clean them while the managers continue getting promoted and moving up.
At this point it honestly feels like you donāt have to know how to actually do your job or lead people. You just have to know how to stay on Maria and the leadership teamās good side.
Maybe Iām just ranting, but after watching all of this happen over and over again, I genuinely donāt understand how leadership doesnāt see a problem. š
