Experience lesson 1 NSFW

Upvotes

just started this journey after being suggested it many times, so i started lesson 1 and this is my experience.

at the start i felt basically nothing but as it progressed i started to feel a nice pressure in my base and a small tingle/quivering sensation in my center which felt great.
towards the end, right before the 30 second hold of the source, i began leaking a lot of precum. i felt it just oozing out and it just felt amazing.

no massive sensations but i expected that and im just happy i felt anything at all since i normally don’t. definitely excited for this journey.

Experience Electric Buzzing/Tingling Moving Through Pelvic Floor, Penis and Groin - New Feelings Achieved NSFW

Upvotes

I think I've hit a new level in my Mindgasm journey. Tonight, while only doing mental flexes, I experienced something new. This buzzing, tingly electric feeling that would start somewhere in my pelvic floor, and start moving throughout it. It kind of felt like that feeling you get in your stomach on a wild rollercoaster drop, but in my pelvic flood. It could flow into my penis, glutes, groin, balls. All of that combined with this arousing feeling up through my body and light contractions.

These buzzing waves started coming quicker and quicker. And the more I tried to chase or react, the more they'd fade. But then as soon as I relaxed and surrendered control, they'd come back stronger. A few of the waves felt like they were threatening to move further up my body. This is an entirely new sensation for me that has blown me away. I didn't want to stop (But it was late so I had to call it a night)

I'm wondering if any experienced people can tell me are these Pwaves? I've heard about Pwaves before and thought I had them, but if these are indeed Pwaves, this is entirely new to me and is definately the first time for me experiencing them. How do things progress from here. Do those electric waves stay localised down there or can they actually spread up through my body

Success I Almost cut my hair... NSFW

Upvotes

Kinda like that CSN&Y lyric, I almost quit Mindgasm, but I decided to give it one more try. Wow, just wow. I finally found something so heavenly, so blissful and profoundly pleasurable that I feel like my life has been changed.

I'd had some good rides going through the lessons and had some decent full body contractions along with the orgasmic feelings that go with it. I didn't get past those body contractions as I pressed on to the Eternal Flame. I just couldn't bridge the gap to mind based contractions. I tried the Stairway but it was just out of my league. I stalled out and took a break, believing that I had probably reached the progress limit for me.

For months I considered canceling my subscription and moving on, but something kept me attached to the idea that there was more to Mindgasm. I had tried meditation many times and just didn't get it either. I usually just fell asleep. So, eventually I tried the Connection lesson...and fell asleep, several times. As a last ditch effort, I tried the Flame once more.

This time I decided to really try my best to stay awake yet relax and turn away from any body contractions. I wanted something like meditation, but more enjoyable. So, I turned up the volume and began intently listening to Allie. Surprisingly, It went quite well, like a chill session that left me very peaceful. I listened to it again a day or two later with the same effect, but with a hint of success in feeling the basis of a mind based contraction.

Today, with that thread of success in mind I set the stage for climbing The Stairway. I got comfortable and turned up the volume so I could hear every word...and NOT fall asleep. Allie slowly and sweetly guided me through the first steps. When she said relax, I focused my ass off in doing just that, and I breathed deeply. Ever so slowly I began to feel my Source, the three muscle sets functioning together. I felt my source begin to elevate and I wanted to contract my abs and enjoy that ride. Then Allie reminded me to relax and I did so, completely. Her words seemed to be timed perfectly and the sounds gently continued pulling me up the stairs. When she counted levels up to ten, I gently "mind" contracted all of my source and felt the intensity build. When she said, now you're at a new zero, I believed it. I elevated up past 20 and 30 and the real fun began. I realized I had slowly lost most of the feeling of my body while I had gotten insanely relaxed. Soon I felt and visualized what I can only call a loose ball of energy move up my spine. Slowly it climbed all the way to my head. It moved around in my head for awhile then seemed to pour out to a space above me. From there I went through several episodes of incredible openings to even more bliss, with hemispheres of pale colored light illuminating a starless night sky above. Everything continued expanding and my breath became a slow and constant, effortless in-and-out. It was somehow timed to Allie's suggestions and the now magical, encouraging sounds. The hemispheres turned to ever expanding bubbles around me. I felt so attuned, as though I might pass through the veil and speak to Jesus. Ha ha, not today and I understood that, maybe later. I was in such a blissful state that I just didn't care. I wanted to stay right there. Eventually, as the Allie's voice trailed out and the sounds faded, I found myself in a wonderful state of suspended animation. Nothing to contract and not a worry to be had.

I could have spent a few years in that lovely mindset, but life awaited. I had done it! I had found The Stairway and it was beyond beautiful. Along the way I felt deep emotions that my sub conscience was hiding, some happy some sad, but it felt fantastic to have them out. I know what I experienced will change my life. Of that, I am certain and I WILL climb those stairs again.

What happened, what did I do wrong, is there anything I should or could do? Help, thanks!!

Edit: it did eventually come back, but it took damn long enough for me to feel obligated to post this. So wtf happened??

Success I stopped suppressing a lifelong "leg feeling" and accidentally unlocked hands-free mindgasms NSFW

Upvotes

Honestly, I didn’t even know this subreddit existed until a few hours ago when I had to Google what the just happened to my body. I felt like I had to share this somewhere. I don’t have anyone in my life I can talk to about this sort of thing, and it feels a little like I’ve just made an astronomical discovery.

I’d been trying to get a hands-free prostate orgasm recently. I think I’d tried maybe 4 times before with no luck. But today I finally managed. A few hours later, I was lying there thinking about it and realised something wild: the buildup feeling during the prostate orgasm was basically identical to a feeling I’ve had in my legs for as long as I can remember. It has always happened when I’ve been super relaxed.

It’s this high-energy rush in my legs, kind of like that drop in your stomach when you jump from somewhere really high. In the past I always hated it. I’d instinctively move my legs fast or tense them up to make it stop.

I decided to test a theory. Instead of moving or tensing up to make it go away, I just breathed into it. Kept my legs still, stopped fighting it, and just let it happen.

Lo and behold, 60 seconds later I’m in pure ecstasy with my whole body twitching.

Now I feel like I can call on it basically whenever I want as long as I’m completely relaxed. This is absolutely wild…

Announcement August 29, 2026 Update: What is pleasure? NSFW

Upvotes

Hello Mindgasmers,

we're proud to present the very first Mindgasm documentary: What is Pleasure?

Written and edited by The Visualizer, and set to the original music from the Mindgasm app, this is our deepest dive yet into the science behind your practice. In an easy but detailed way, we unpack what pleasure actually is, and how and why your mind builds this feeling in the first place.

This documentary breaks down how pleasure actually works: the ancient survival system behind it, the hedonic hotspots where feeling is created, the difference between wanting and liking, why extreme experiences produce extreme rewards, and what 2500 years of meditation traditions discovered long before neuroscience could measure it.

We made this video because we wanted you to see the why behind Mindgasm, not just how it feels, but the real science that explains why it works. Let the visuals, the music and the story carry you through the mystery of pleasure, one layer at a time.

Ready? Watch the video here.

Tell us what you think, and while you're there, hit subscribe on YouTube so you never miss what's coming next and help us spread the love.

Want to go even deeper? The full script and every scientific source behind the documentary are in our companion blog post.

And don't forget: the Frontier journey is available, designed specifically for those continuing after the 30-Day Challenge, wanting to explore with more guidance or returning to Mindgasm after a pause.

Last but not least, a quick save the date: Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m. CDT (midnight CEST, into Sept 19). An AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Frontier is coming!

Happy watching, and journey on.

Love,
Team Mindgasm

Experience Impromptu session NSFW

Upvotes

Decided to do an impromptu mindgasm session this morning and it went better than i could have ever expected. I was laying on my stomach which is not the normal way i do it. I didn't even start flexing, it just feel ready to go. Base and center just clicked for lack of better term. My prostate had a warm glow that radiated out and i could feel it flex.  It just felt ready. As i went, it felt like i was getting longer and more floaty. Had several waves of my body clenching and mild shaking. Felt great. Started to chase it after it was done and slightly succeeded but realized i was doing more harm than good. This will hopefully give me the drive to actually commit.

Question I asked if one Mindgasm peak can be both prostate-centered and dry. Four replies showed why the labels overlap. NSFW

Upvotes

Last week I asked whether the same Mindgasm peak could reasonably be described as both a prostate orgasm and a dry orgasm. Four people gave substantive answers, and the most useful takeaway was not a single definition. It was that the two labels often describe different parts of an experience.

Several replies used “dry” to describe what did not happen: there was an orgasm, but no ejaculation. “Prostate-centered,” by contrast, was used to describe where the pleasure seemed to begin, build, or feel most concentrated. With those meanings, the labels do not compete. The same event can be non-ejaculatory and also feel centered in the prostate or surrounding pelvic area.

The reports were not identical, though. One person described experiences that sometimes felt strongly focused in the penis and at other times felt much deeper, while still placing them in the same broad family. Another emphasized recognizable orgasm-like indicators rather than relying on a single location. That suggests people may be naming the same peak according to different features: the absence of ejaculation, the felt center of the pleasure, or the overall shape of the orgasm.

A second theme was vocabulary trouble. Multiple replies noted that terms such as dry orgasm, non-ejaculatory orgasm, prostate orgasm, and other community labels are not used consistently. That makes confident comparisons difficult, even when the underlying descriptions sound similar.

There was also no agreement that a felt location proves a precise anatomical source. Some replies assumed a central role for the prostate, while one explicitly allowed that the pelvic floor or nerves around the prostate might be involved. These were four personal accounts from a small, informal discussion—not medical research or a general conclusion.

When you describe your own experience, which detail communicates the most: whether ejaculation happened, where the pleasure seemed to begin, or what the peak and body response felt like?

Question Did you eventually get the same Mindgasm peak without using visualization? NSFW

Upvotes

A new visualization thread made me curious about what happens after an image starts working reliably. People describe expanding light, moving warmth, or other mental pictures, but the reports do not always show whether the image is producing a distinctive experience or simply helping attention stay with sensations already developing.

Those possibilities seem different. A visualization might remain an essential cue: without it, the build loses coherence. Or it might function more like temporary scaffolding. Once the body recognizes the pattern, a similar build and peak may later happen without deliberately picturing anything. Neither outcome would make the experience more or less real; the useful difference is whether the response stays tied to the image.

I’m not asking for a visualization script or a sequence to copy. For people who first found a clear Mindgasm peak through visualization, did that same recognizable build eventually appear without the image, or did the visualization remain part of the experience every time?

Visualization - let us share NSFW

Upvotes

Hi all

I am at awe about the amount of pleasure the human anatomy can sense/feel/experience or WTF we call it. To me it is a mystery and I am struggling to even comprehend why in the universe we have this ability at all. There has to be a deeper secret hidden in this, and if not it is the closet we come to pleasure magic.

Any who… To the point… Visualizations.

To me this seems like one of the tools that really slams open the doors to next level pleasure building. And I am somewhat confident that I am not the only one, also because Allie teach talks about it. So, I thought to my self, how cool and useful would it be to start sharing the visualizations we use, and get inspired by each other? So I invite every one who can describe a visualization that works for them, to do so here, AND, this could be second level of fun, if you read a visualization and it does something good for you as well, share that too as a comment to OP. We might start a “best of Mindgasm visualization” catalogue.

I will of course start.

I have found, that for me when I sense the pleasure state begin to settle, that visualizing my source, picture your source like our sun, expanding like a dying start that first grow to become a red giant, before it implodes in on it self and leave behind, I believe it is called a neutron star, is very effective for me. I expand my red giant with every breath as far and wide it will go, at some point the implosion initiates pretty much on its own, and I am left with my source converted to an intense ball of light. And this ball of light is movable. From there I can use the “where the mind goes the energy will follow” method, and move the pleasure around my body. I have had very profound orgasmic pleasure in for example my toes after initiating like this.

Hope many will join in, and let me know if this technique work for you as well, and bring forward the visualizations that work for you.

Bliss Out

Question When several Mindgasm peaks came close together, what made them feel like separate orgasms? NSFW

Upvotes

Recent posts use both “multiple orgasms” and “one long orgasm” for experiences that sound similar: pleasure rises in waves, the body reacts, and the intensity briefly drops before building again. That makes the boundary hard to picture from descriptions alone.

A cluster of strong sensations is not automatically several orgasms. One possibility is that each orgasm has its own distinct peak and a noticeable shift afterward, followed by a new build. Another is that the same orgasm keeps changing intensity without a clear ending between waves. Shaking or staying dry would not settle that distinction by themselves.

This is a recognition question, not a request for lesson stages, practice routines, or ways to increase the number. For people who have experienced both, what did you notice in real time that made closely spaced peaks feel like separate orgasms rather than one extended orgasm?

Question Having a break NSFW

Upvotes

I made it up to day 21 of the 30 day challenge and with all the practice I’ve been doing I realised that my muscles were shot!

I’ve made the call to give it a few days off. I’m glad I did as I’ve had sore muscles since! Think I’m gonna have to have up to 4 days off before I start again.

I’ve still been trying to do the meditation session on the off days, but…. I’m worried about my progress being affected.

Has anyone else had any experience on how they retain the sensations?

And secondly, would anyone recommend maybe going back a few days/week to revisit the previous lessons to get me back to where I was?

Question Not sure if what i’m feeling is correct, am I on the right track? NSFW

Upvotes

So lately when I try to have a toyless session i’ve been getting some feelings throughout the session but I don’t really know what to make of them. It starts out as a sort of numbness, almost like how it feels when a limb falls asleep except I feel it throughout my body and in my prostate, and then I can feel these sort of shivers wash over me kind of like getting goosebumps. But the thing is, they don’t exactly feel pleasurable… and they aren’t coming from my prostate either even if i’m focusing on my prostate. It feels kinda nice, just not in a sexually pleasurable kind of way and more so in a relaxing way. Is there anything I can do to make it more pleasurable?

Question Have you had a clear Mindgasm orgasm that still didn’t feel satisfying? NSFW

Upvotes

One recent beginner described strong involuntary reactions that felt good but not relieving, then still wanting a familiar penile orgasm. That raises a distinction I rarely see asked directly: recognizing an orgasm and feeling sexually satisfied afterward may not be the same judgment.

A Mindgasm event could have a clear build, a distinct peak, body participation, and a noticeable shift afterward, yet leave someone wanting another kind of release. Another session might be less dramatic but feel complete enough that the desire to continue is gone. If so, satisfaction is not simply a second test of whether the peak was “real.”

This is not a request for ways to intensify it, an abstinence rule, or a practice routine. For people with repeatable Mindgasm orgasms, what was present that made you certain an orgasm had happened even though the desire for a different kind of release was still there?

Question When your Mindgasm orgasms became repeatable, did they also become predictable? NSFW

Upvotes

A recent post raised a question about having clear HFDOs sometimes but not being able to count on them every time. It made me wonder whether two different milestones get treated as the same: repeatability and predictability.

If an orgasm has happened clearly more than once, the experience may be repeatable. That still doesn't mean it appears on command or follows the same pattern in every session. The starting state can vary, while the event itself remains recognizable: pleasure gathers into a distinct peak, the body participates, and something changes afterward. In that sense, inconsistency around when it happens does not automatically make a particular orgasm less real.

I’m not looking for lesson stages, a practice schedule, or advice about making the result more reliable. I’m interested in the transition experienced users noticed. When your Mindgasm orgasms first became repeatable, were they still unpredictable from one session to the next, or did those two milestones arrive together?

Question Did clearer muscle awareness and stronger Mindgasm pleasure develop together for you? NSFW

Upvotes

One recent beginner post described being able to feel part of the exercise clearly in one situation and barely at all in another. It raised a broader question: people often use how distinctly they can locate a pelvic-floor response as their measure of progress, even when the session itself is not becoming more pleasurable or more orgasmic.

Those seem like different abilities. Clear muscle awareness may make an exercise easier to follow, while an orgasm still involves a noticeable pleasure peak, wider body participation, and a change afterward. Someone could become precise at identifying a response without the pleasure developing in parallel.

For people with repeatable Mindgasm orgasms, did better muscle awareness reliably come before stronger pleasure, or did those two change on separate timelines? I am interested in the relationship you noticed in your own sessions, not how to isolate a muscle or which position worked best.

Is it all paid? NSFW

Upvotes

Hi there, new to mindgasm.

I was only able to do the first lesson and then all of the others became only available by payment. Is this the case?

I had an understanding there was a way to go through the free ones and then once you made your mind you could subscribe to it. I liked lesson 1 but not sure if that would justify the subscription and yes, I know people will come here to say it's wonderful though I need to assess the value on my own.

Thank you

Experience Can't really feel the top laying on my back, but I can feel it strongly while sitting. Is that expected/normal? NSFW

Upvotes

Sort of a question with a first time experience and a bit of success. Sorry if I blabber

I listened to lessons 1 and 2 out of curiosity one day and genuinely felt a decent amount, but I was doing it while sitting in my office chair at home. Later on I tried while laying on my back on the ground, knees up and feet planted and I just can't really feel my top muscle (not the invisible one), but still feel my base fine. Is this typical, and is sitting a bad thing at all and normal to be easier to feel?

-----

Experience part less related to the title question:

Only tried 3 sessions and got shaking and quivering (only while sitting, nowhere fast while laying down), and it felt good but not orgasmic or even relieving oddly? It also kind of felt like too much, like when your partner doesn't stop during oral even after finishing and you're trying to get away from it...it also felt like I had an itch I couldn't get and a buzzing in my head with butterflies, but the anxious kind. Heart racing and super flushed, I even had to stop the first time because I got too hot. More almost seems...less desirable, but what's there isn't incredible (as noted above)

I'm guessing this is rewiring, but it also feels sort of exhausting without a ton of payoff (yet?). I had a good bit of shaking and trembling and with each shake I felt more tingling. I lost control more or less (lesson 3 is nice), but didn't end up satisfied. Even worse, I felt like I *needed* to orgasm, so I went ahead with ol' reliable and jerked it...I'm happy to keep trying and I also recognize I'm incredibly fortunate for having such results so fast, especially as a 30yo straight male who hasn't explored himself much, but I'm not seeing myself gravitating towards it like I did with penile orgasms early in life. Maybe I'm just overthinking and should just keep working at it when I feel up to it. Abstinence will likely help, but I fear it will make me even more underwhelmed....in any case, I'm glad to be here and just wanted to share with those who have experience

Edit- also super weird reaching into the spank bank and everything I pulled out kind of threw off the experience, even things that got me into the mood for that session initially lol. Just another piece of the puzzle

Question Can the same Mindgasm peak be both a prostate orgasm and a dry orgasm? NSFW

Upvotes

Reading recent discussions, I noticed that “prostate orgasm” and “dry orgasm” are often used like competing labels. Someone may call a peak prostate-based because the pleasure feels centered in the pelvis and then spreads, while someone else calls it dry because a clear orgasm occurred without ejaculation.

Those labels seem to describe different parts of the experience. “Prostate orgasm” points to the route and body region involved. “Dry orgasm” says that there was an orgasmic peak without ejaculation. So one event could fit both descriptions, while a dry orgasm would not automatically have to feel prostate-centered.

I’m interested in how people with repeatable experiences use the words, rather than techniques, lesson stages, or which type is supposedly better. If you’ve had an experience that seemed to fit both, which features made both labels feel accurate rather than forcing it into only one category?
