Assalamu alaikum, saying سبحان الله و بحمده "SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi" ("Glory to Allah and praise and thanks to Him") 100 times in the morning erases all sins committed in the previous day/evening, and saying it again in the evening 100x erases all previous sins committed that day. I say this dhikr whenever I feel heavy, sad, or like I've just committed a sin and it helps.

Idk when and what went wrong but life always seemed to worked out. Allah always put hope and showed a sign of things always working out but now i feel nothing will ever work out. My rizq is blocked and I'm being punished for all my sins. I don't want to feel this way. I feel suicidal at times. What do I do? It seems like Allah has forgotten me and he takes care of everyone else.

This year has been a very challenging and difficult year. From abuse to sickness to chronic anxiety and stress i felt i couldnt catch a break . If I make it to 2027 Insha'Allah then pray it be a year of happiness and relief for me and full of ease but not just me but also for anyone who see this lets pray they also get it . Ive been struggling with something thats physically bothering me like i dont feel as healthy or okay as I used to be but its like i cant function normally or be normal in a sense pls pray Allah grants me shifa and to every sick muslim and then also Allah grants me complete afiyah that i feel okay .

I’m a 21-year-old brother living in Delhi , and I’ll be completely honest.
I have neglected my prayers and my connection with Allah for years , i never did once prayed the salah 5 times a day i only attended jummah prayer . Life has been incredibly heavy lately. I’ve been drowning in severe career anxiety, regrets about my academic past, feeling completely unloved, and carrying a lot of self-hatred from being pushed to the sidelines and bullied growing up. I have massive ambitions, but trying to carry all this weight on my own is finally crushing me.

I realized today that I can’t do this alone anymore. I need peace. I need grounding.

So tomorrow, I am going to the masjid. I am going to start praying again. I haven’t done this in so long that I feel a bit intimidated and honestly a little unworthy, but I know I need to turn back to Allah.

I’m posting this here to hold myself accountable. If anyone has advice for a brother trying to rebuild his connection with his deen from absolute scratch, or if you could just make a small dua for my consistency, my future, and my peace of mind, I would appreciate it more than you know.

My grandmother hasn’t been feeling well this entire month. She has kidney dialysis three times a week, and every time she comes home, she feels terrible. Alhamdulillah, she has her husband and my parents there to take care of her and help her through it.

I’m also a university student, and since I’m the main translator for my family, I’ve been trying to help with appointments, communication, and whatever else they need while keeping up with school. It’s been a lot of pressure, and we’re all doing everything we can for her, but right now I feel like we could really use everyone’s duaa.

Please make duaa for my grandmother—that Allah grants her shifa, gives her strength and ease through her dialysis, and protects her health. And please keep my parents and the rest of my family in your duaas as well. We’re going through a difficult time right now, and any duaa would mean so much to us.

I grew up in an atheistic family, nobody in my household had ever believed in God. As I got older, I began to question it more and more, wondering why so much people would believe in something that for so long, I just assumed did not exist. Fast forward to now; I’m early twenties, and have been with my partner for almost 2 years who grew up in a muslim household. I hadn’t thought much of it at first but learning more about her and her thankfully telling me about islam a little bit, it opened my mind. We went to Friday prayer before, and have prayed at home. Earlier this year, I attempted ramadan (to the best of my extent, a little difficult given my line of work). I also quit eating pork and pork products and try and shop for halal products if possible.

I want to learn more about Islam, not only for myself but also because I found the person I want to grow old with, and want to understand this side of her more, but I will admit that at times it can be overwhelming. I recently was gifted an english version of the Quran, and want to know what’s the best way to go about exploring Islam more. Should I attend Friday prayer more? Should I fully consume the Quran first? I’ll take advice from anyone.

it’s been 4 years. I’ve had the biggest Cognitive decline. I don’t feel like person. i feel monotonous through every single thing I do or experience. like Im living in a simulation. my brain doesn’t actively register experience. it’s all vague. I feel dissociated most of the time. my youth is being wasted in this, it’s supposed my time to learn things, get education and gain skills. but I’ve lost the ability to learn absolutely anything. I can barely pass a course at uni, it’s like I’m blankly trying to experience things or study but my brain doesn’t actively register any of it. it’s almost like a ticking bomb. I’ve fallen behind and too old already. I not able to speak that much anymore and sometimes when I go long durations without speaking or writing a language, I feel like I'm going to forget impulsive the language and lose the ability to communicate. let alone humour or any form of wit or smartness, all of that is long gone from me. I’ve prayed to Allah and cried and begged him to cure me and bring me my abilities back. Or take my life while I’m asleep. But literally no chAnge whatsoever. I pray 5 times a day do all my obligations avoid sins. I read quran duas everything etc but none of it has helped. I’m now at like a really crippling stage. I’m not sure what to do and I don’t know what Allah wants from me💔

Can you suggest good but affordable online classes about learning Islam. I am a revert, however my husband couldn't guide me well because we are currently living far from each other. I live in south east asia and muslims are minority here. I try to research and study online on my own but i'm not satisfied. I have no community as well here in my place to connect with. I wanna learn proper etiquettes, immerse myself in the religion and it feels like a female guide or teacher can help me a lot. Thanks.
