Question Any idea how can i achieve this text to speech?

Sounds like a Speak & Spell. There's a VST called Speak N Spell 80 that emulates it.

Polaxis have a module (standalone and eurorack) that uses actual vintage speech synthesis chips to output audio.

If you just want that sound quickly, VST Speek is probably the easiest place to start. Klatt is more interesting if you actually want to shape the voice instead of just picking a preset.

Definitely a fully synthesized voice, not autotune.
