In my sink last night and can't get out. Currently hiding in the drain.

Not 100%, but reminds me of the Eastern Parsons spider I found recently, the markings are pretty distinct

Thanks for the ID. He is very fast. I tried to pick him up to put him outside but was unsuccessful. That's why he's hiding now.
