Inspiration and Ideas Couples who roleplaying..
How do you do it? What kind of scenarios do you do? I’d like to do more of it with my husband but I have a hard time staying with it and lose train of thought on how to make it go better? Any advice is helpful !

I hide a piece of paper with the word "information" written on it. He doesn't know where I hid it.
Then we act out a role where he is the CIA and I am the KGB and he is "interrogating" me to find out where I hid the information.
The only way I can escape the game is by telling him where it's at. In essence the information is my safe word.
Does he seduce me? Does he hurt and torture me? Does he question me incessantly to the point of insanity? The choice is limited only by imagination.
When we play this game I will usually start tied up fully clothed... But wearing something that I never need to worry about again since it'll probably be torn from my body. He starts out in a suit just to make it really official...
Eventually he will torture it or seduce it from me, usually a combination of both, and each time we play, he changes the interrogation tactic. Sometimes I tell him where the information is but I lie to him... And when he comes back without it... He usually gets a little more violent with me lol.
We try not to break a character, but if we do or if we laugh, it's ok... It's still just a game after all.
It's like we're on one of those spy shows on tv.... Except it gets x-rated.

I had a FWB where we did something very similar - this was after she found out I attended a 1980s Cops n Robbers Live Action Roleplay Event. So it was interrogation of resisting suspect.
The suspect had to be searched. Handcuffs were used. Suspect tried bribing her way out of the situation.

I've done the ol' "going someplace and acting like strangers" thing.
One fun one, we went to a casino. He gave me $100 and was like "I'm going to go play blackjack, you go play video poker and sneak up and give me a handy under the table after a little while."
I picked out names for us-- I think it was Nick and Cassandra or something.
The most fun part was, when I snuck up for the handy, he kept answering the dealer's questions accurately, like "I'm an electrician" and I was like, "Nick, I had no clue you had your electrical license. Welp, that's what makes you the best damned architect in the tri-state area!" And we spend like a half hour chatting and playing blackjack in our roles (me more than him, but I'm also a bit more creative like that and love improv-- half of my talking were stories about "Nick," puffing up his ego, talking about his wilder days, all of that, though.)
After a while the dealer caught on and we came clean and she was like "you two are the most fun couple, ever! I wish my husband and I did stuff like this!"

Pick a scenario that both of you will find hot and plan out roughly what will happen during the scenario ie where you'll be talking, where you'll be fucking, maybe some lines or phrases that are in line with the scenario, what props you will use, What the tone of the encounter is (sensual, aggressive, power play etc), what outfits you'll be wearing and keep the non sex elements of the roleplay at the start to 10 minutes max.
You'll be into it much more if you have a clear idea of what you're doing, what to expect and you've planned it with your partner so that it turns you both on! Good luck!

I know I sound like a broken record, but listen to some audio erotica. That can help you get used to being in a roleplay type environment where you can think about how youd respond to things without the pressure of actually having to be in that situation. It can also give you some ideas about situations (id probably recommend strangers to lovers audios for easiest application into roleplaying a scenario in your own sex life)

Roleplaying isn’t for everyone. That said, if the dynamic is right it can be very exciting and erotic. Discuss boundaries and work together to develop scenarios. Have fun!!
