News & Politics What happened to her humanity? This is the same woman that co-wrote and sung ' Dear Mr President '
Pink is appearing to weigh in on the controversy surrounding Macklemore's appearance at Ed Sheeran's New Jersey concert.
The singer reposted an Instagram Story from StopAntisemitism this weekend, which blasted Macklemore's performance and called the situation downright "awful" in its caption.
Pink did not add any commentary of her own to the repost ... however, sharing the criticism to her account has amplified the push to have Macklemore removed from further touring with Sheeran.
Macklemore has faced criticism since performing at Sheeran's MetLife Stadium shows Sept. 4 and 5, where he voiced support for Palestinians, criticized Israel, and performed his protest song "Hind's Hall" ... as images related to Gaza appeared on the stadium screens.
The StopAntisemitism post criticized the performance and called for all concertgoers to be refunded and said they are "owed apologies."
As we previously reported, Macklemore's performance has sparked calls for him to be removed from the rest of Sheeran's U.S. tour. An Israeli-American group launched a petition urging Sheeran and tour organizers to drop the rapper from the remaining shows.
Macklemore has been outspoken about the Israel-Palestine conflict for years, including through "Hind's Hall," his 2024 protest track. Sheeran has not publicly responded to the controversy or the petition.
Pink, for her part, has not publicly explained why she shared the post ... leaving her repost to speak for itself.

War Crimes She was killed on her first day of kindergarten, I can't stop looking at her photo
Yesterday, Israeli forces killed this little girl and her father as he was taking her home after her first day of kindergarten.
Since yesterday, I keep going back to her photos every few minutes, and I can't stop crying.
Look at her. She had just started kindergarten. She should have been thinking about her first day, her classmates, her toys, and going home with her family — not becoming another name among the children killed in Gaza.
What did she ever do to deserve this?
What did any of these children do?
I keep asking myself these questions, and I don't have an answer.

News & Politics The physicians behind doxxing healthcare workers and students who spoke out against the genocide and got them fired/expelled
These people are heinous racist Jewish supremacists who should lose their medical license and standing to practice in any just world. I can’t imagine how they must have treated their patients. Like two of them are psychiatrists?!?!

Music The Palestinian Youth Choir sang “Sheel,” originally performed by the Nuseirat Choir in Gaza. The choir’s harmonies weave the song’s lyrics together with the haunting hum of drones — a sound that has become an all-too-familiar part of life in Gaza.

Solidarity & Activism Palestine, puppies, and porch solidarity
Mexicano, born and raised in Chicago, living in Portland now, spending some porch time with Obsidian, my Goldendoodle and professional personal-space violator. If he’s not stealing my chair, he’s licking my face, my arms, my hands, basically any piece of me he can reach. 😂
And yeah, I wear this shirt proudly. Solidarity isn’t something I turn on when it’s trending. Our struggles aren’t identical, but I know what it means to come from people who survived, resisted, and refused to disappear.
So this is basically me, my ridiculously affectionate dog, and a little reminder that caring about people shouldn’t have an expiration date.
Desde México hasta Palestina, con amor, rabia, esperanza y resistencia. 🇲🇽🇵🇸
Free Palestine. Always.

Genocide Convention Palestinians must not only survive Israel's ongoing genocide, but also the unbearable heat. Israel has destroyed nearly all of Gaza's infrastructure, blocked essential humanitarian resources from entering the Strip, and Palestinians are experiencing limited electricity.

Solidarity & Activism My solidarity with Palestine isn’t quiet. Free Palestine.
Esto me nace del corazón. I believe in feeding people, loving people, protecting people, and standing con nuestra gente when the world decides their suffering is easier to ignore.
No puedo mirar para otro lado mientras familias lose their homes, their loved ones, their safety, and their future.
Para mí, solidaridad means showing up even when it’s uncomfortable. It means using your voice when others are being silenced. Mi humanidad no tiene fronteras.
Con todo mi corazón, con toda mi voz, y sin miedo: Free Palestine. Palestina libre. Siempre. 🇵🇸

Documentary Har Mageddon (2015) - A journey through the landscapes of Israel and Palestine, where vanished Palestinian villages, memory, exile and contested borders remain written into the land [00:42:48]
Har Mageddon is a meditative essay film that turns the landscape of Palestine and Israel into its central subject. Moving through rural spaces, ruined structures, forests, roads and expanding settlements, the film considers what happens when the physical traces of communities remain even atter the people who lived there have been displaced.
Rather than relying on a conventional documentary structure, Har Mageddon asks the viewer to spend time looking at the land itself.
Places that can initially appear peaceful or even picturesque gradually reveal another layer of history as the film passes through sites connected to Palestinian villages that were depopulated or destroyed. Landscape becomes evidence, carrying memories that political borders and newer construction cannot entirely erase.
The film is particularly interested in ideas of home, exile, migration and belonging. It explores how territory can simultaneously be lived in, remembered, claimed and transformed, and how apparently empty spaces can remain deeply inhabited by history. Quiet and deliberately paced, Har Mageddon offers a very different way of approaching Palestine, one in which trees, ruins, roads and open ground become part of the historical record.
