Today we have a thread up featuring a nasty Nazi woman calling people subhumans, laughing at their plight.
We understand this is very upsetting to see, however, what that lady said doesn’t make it okay for you all to go after this random unrelated woman. We banned many people for violating the no witch hunting/no doxxing rule, and some of yall were pretty damn rude about it in modmail.
Look, we love this subreddit, we love exposing bigots and Nazis here, if you participate in a witch hunt you are participating in attempting to get this subreddit shut down. If we allow witch hunts the subreddit will be banned. So just don’t do it.
On top of the folks who participated in putting this subreddit at risk for banning, ya’ll are relentlessly harassing and facilitating the harassment of an innocent woman.
I can’t say I’ve seen many examples of Reddit getting it right and targeting the right price of shit. You all mean well but you ruin people’s lives.
The Boston bombing debacle should have taught you all a lesson but it seems it did not.

(Gunshot (censored) at 1:30. Bodycam video with audio starts at 5:30. Video is sourced from about the second half of the full video here, if you want to see more of the timeline.)
Story (source): On June 30 2026 in North Lauderdale, Florida, a woman fatally shot a man in the parking lot of a Walmart during what started as a confrontation over a parking space. Prosecutors announced this past Thursday, September 3rd, that she will not be facing charges. The Broward County State Attorney's Office said Florida's "stand your ground" law makes the shooter, who said she was acting in self-defense, immune from prosecution in connection with the shooting. Multiple witnesses reported the man shouting he was going to "mess her car up" and "---- her s--- up", and one described him as "visibly angry" while looking at her, according to the police memo.
After the shooting, she was briefly taken into custody by the Broward Sheriff's Office and her "recitation of the facts was consistent with the various sources of video evidence," the memo stated. She was released after stating she acted in self-defense, prosecutors said.
The woman, per police, "had the right to stand her ground if she was in reasonable fear of death or great bodily harm." Based on the evidence, the state is unable to prove that her fear of great bodily harm was "not reasonable," he wrote. Because Florida is a stand-your-ground state, she "did not have to wait to be attacked before resorting to deadly force. She did not have to retreat as long as her fear was reasonable and no evidence has been presented to disprove that."

This happened in Puebla, Mexico, on September 6. A young girl ran out toward a busy road, and her mother tried to catch her but fell. A supermarket worker immediately ran after her and pulled her out of the path of an approaching vehicle.
Thankfully, the girl was unharmed. The whole thing was caught on the store’s CCTV, and the worker was later rewarded by the supermarket for his quick action. [source]

I want to thank you for your patience. I think the lead-up is important to show why the main freak-out happened.
Take care.
