MOC Can I Make a LEGO‑Like Brick Game?
While browsing 4399, I noticed that quite a lot of old games were officially licensed LEGO games. It made me wonder why there are almost no non‑LEGO‑licensed brick‑style games.

MOC Micronauts Baron Karza
The Micronauts was a toy line from the late 1970s that inspired a Marvel comic-book series that outlived the production time of the toys. One of the bad guys, Baron Karza, could combine with his war horse, Andromeda, to to become a nightmarish cybernetic centaur to assault the battlefield.
This is a custom LEGO design that I started a year ago, inspired by the Beautiful Horse set. For the past few week, I've been refining it and making part substitutions to make it possible to build IRL. I think all the visible parts are available in black for this design now, so hopefully it'll be done by Halloween this year.

Question What are the most iconic LEGO sets every collector should own?
For me, a few stand out as more than just great builds: NASA Apollo Saturn V Star Wars Millennium Falcon Jaws Mercedes F1 car They’re instantly recognizable and feel like sets you actually want to keep on display. What else belongs on this list?
Question What are your favorite MOCs you can build for less than 200€?
I would like to build a new set but when I checked the Lego website I haven’t found anything that really piques my interest. I’m thinking about buying Gizmo, but I’m not sure about that.
So I thought maybe there’s a MOC. I checked bricklink. The Johnny 5 is cool, but the set you need to build it is too expensive for my budget right now. What are some of your favorite MOCs you can build for less than 200€? Doesn’t matter if you actually bought it or not. Full alternative builds from sets still available would be preferred.

LEGO® Set Build It’s a frustrating work in progress
I’m not the most patient individual, but the satisfaction of a piece locking in is somewhat tempered by the immediate popping off of at least two other pieces.
This is the first Art work I’ve done, I’ve got Mona Lisa and the Galaxy waiting in my stash. Please tell me they don’t all do this?

Question Is this frowned on?
After making a full interior on the first floor I just made the other floors facades, then to hide the fact there is nothing inside I added paper curtains.
Lego minifigs have paper capes so is this kind of mixed media acceptable or should have I have tried to make Lego curtains?

Other Talk me out of buying this set
There's a place here with the Tintin Moon Rocket Ideas set (21367) for 40% off, and I can't make up my mind about it.
It looks great, and I remember enjoying Tintin comics as a kid. The only other Lego set I keep assembled and on display is the NASA Saturn V Rocket (92176), and I think this playful rocket would be a good match for it.
But then, I'm not all that sure that I want to pay for it, except I do want to pay for it, but but but but but...
Convince me not to buy it (or at least give me bad reasons I can explain away).
Flimsy excuses to buy it are also welcome.

Question Trying to make this
I’m having trouble trying to recreate this telescope sunshade for space telescope MOCs, I want it to be around the same scale as my Spitzer MOC (see second photo) if it’s not too much trouble. So if anyone has any tips on how to do it I would greatly appreciate it

Question Any suggestions for how to fix this?
I'm trying to put a structurally stable 45-degree angle inside a 90 degree angle, but I keep running into issues like this where it's a fraction of a fraction of a millimeter off. I feel like there's a technique I'm forgetting about
