Seeking Support How do you cope?
I lost $200,000 because I had to walk away from a precon house agreement as the market value significantly dropped.
As a Muslim how do I stop dwelling over the past?

I am sorry for your loss. I can only advise you to be patient about it and remember that what was destined to happen.. happened. Maybe this was good for you and you are failing to see the reason rn. Maybe there's something better in store for you in the future. Or maybe this was the result of your sins.
Remember you are gonna die eventually and none of what you have accumulated/lost would matter. Only the deeds you take with you in the grave will matter. There's no point in crying over something which is done. We move on! And pray to Allah ﷻ to give us something better than what was taken away.
