Merch/Collectables Found Odie and Arlene hanging out at the thrift
Got lucky at the thrift and found these two in a bag with a bunch of random modern stuffies!

Merch/Collectables Probably a long shot, but does anyone have this exact Garfield book and is also willing to part with it? My kid has the original 3-pack books 1-6 and 8-10, and just needs this one. I’ve tried several eBay postings but every copy I order, the book is torn up, stained, ripped, etc.
I’m getting desperate lol. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Discussion Garfield and Tom and jerry crossover talk
While garfield isnt going to eat jerry anytime soon though as for Jerry’s friend Quacker he is going to look really tasty in Garfield’s eyes and thats when a cat and mouse chase could start in my opinion cause jerry would need to keep Quacker away from Garfield

Discussion Do you have any headcanons regarding Garf and his friends? (image unrelated)
I've always thought that while the strip doesn't pay much mind to it (and in many cases outright defies it), Garfield is quicker to emphasize with others and understand their emotions than even he realizes. Most of that can be owed to the fact that even though he acts like the big cheese, Garfield's very unpopular amongst his fellow animals and doesn't really seem to have many friends apart from Odie, Arlene, Penelope and Harry. It's why he was so quick to offer Penelope genuine kindness in "The Perils of Penelope"; he knew what kind of verbal shit he was going through and didn't want her, or anyone for that matter (as much as he tries to deny it), to feel like they're nothing.
...Did I just write out a detailed character analysis on the fucking funny lasagna cat

Merch/Collectables looking for info on my giant carnival garf signed by jim
hi! exactly as the title says. I got this guy at my local thrift a few years ago and i realized I've never really shown him off, and this seems like the best place to do it! he's about 3 1/2 ft tall when stood up like this. I've always assumed this was probably a gift addressed to garfield comic artist Eric Reaves at some point- I reached out years ago, but never really got a reply (which is fair- i wouldn't want random people messaging my facebook regarding my old job either!) I'd love to hear if anyone has any more info on how this may have ended up in a thrift store on the east coast or if anyone has a similar big carnival-quality garfield plush like this!

Discussion The reveal at the end of this movie is something else
So in Fun Fest, Arlene wants to do a dance with Garfield for the 30th Annual Fun Fest, but Garfield is not interested in changing a formula as stagnant as his 29-year comedy routine. Arlene ends up pairing up with another cat, a handsome fellow named Ramone, which (on top of people just not finding him funny anymore) leaves Garf feeling dejected. Near the end of the movie, it's revealed that "Ramone" was actually Nermal in disguise the whole time. Like bruh the implications of this (and that's not even getting into how Nermal's like a kitten) are skeevy as fuck, lock this cat up
