Took me until finishing my project before realizing the dye lot is different 😢

Making this scarf as a gift… I initially only purchased one skein as I had never worked with this yarn before (Bernat Fleece Forever) and then decided to order a second skein to make this scarf I planned to gift to my partner.

I crochet in low light while watching tv so I didn’t even realize until it was complete that the second skein is a completely different color.

I’m so sad 😭

Tbf, it looks intentional as it's at the halfway pint. I'd leave it

Toss it in some RIT dye since it’s a finished product!!

Make a visible line with a contrasting colour. Make it seem intentional!

Maybe frog half of the lighter color and put that bit at the other end of the dark, so it looks as if it was intentional? Then just a small border of an entirely different colors at either end to distract?

I think it looks really cool. Like a secret feature

Dye it with a purple fabric dye to even it out. I hate when this happens!!

Is the transition right in the middle? If it is, you can just say you meant to do that.

I would leave it, and maybe do some surface stitching with random lines across to bring the colors together
