"Making biscuits", also known as kneading, is when a cat do the front paw thing on a soft object like a blanket.
They do it when they feel at ease and are happy.
Supposedly, it reminds them of their mother when they were babies, as this is a gesture they do to stimulate milk production.
You recognize "biscuits" when they are lying down, full body relax, looks at you happily, do the front paw thing, and purr like a lawnmower

"Sin biscuits" is the sexual/masturbation version of it.
Most often done by males, it involves back legs action + often tries to grab the blanket in their mouth.
They do this because..... it is what they do when they want to have sex, the male grabs the female by the neck and do its thing with the back and front paws.
You recognize sin biscuits when there is back legs action + they don't look fully relaxed + they keep standing + constantly tries moving around while doing the back legs thing + grab the soft object in their mouth.

I've never seen that.
