You may be surprised how many conservatives (myself included and many in my circle) miss him. Actual conservatives, anyways. Not “don’t tread on me unless you’re republican” conservatives.

Obama is just a cool guy and did sensible shit.

Obama feels like a “common” person. He’s witty, fun to talk to, down to earth, and actually gets people. He’s that friend you want to visit with every week. He gets a lot of hate for a few of his policies, but overall I felt like he was a president for the people and actively tried to have the people’s best interests at heart. Going from Obama to Trump will always feel very jarring. Biden felt like we were on life support, and Trump 2.0 feels like we are floundering. It’s truly been a rough 10 years.

The guy is naturally funny too . There’s a show idk if you’ve seen it or not, it’s on Netflix. It’s just episodes where Jerry Seinfeld well chats with comedians and known public figures. The show is called comedians in cars getting coffee and Seinfeld had Obama in one episode and obama just had funny zingers left and right
