I was born before 1995, too. I was glad when they finally invented kerning. Things are way easier to read nowadays.

Except for them poor Metal bands. They were led astray by Blackletter (the calligraphy style in OP’s post) and turned to the dark side.

Man, I love me some shoegaze. This is the second post I've engaged in today that led to that specific genre. Gonna be throwing some Cocteau Twins, Catherine Wheel, Lush, Sungaze, Cool Heat, and Swerve Driver on throughout the week. If anyone has a new smalltime shoegaze band to recommend, dm me. I'd love to add them into my rotation.
