But it wasn’t premeditated. She shouldn’t be. And the death penalty isn’t legal in MA. I feel horrible for Lindsey and all her children. She was suffering.
She googled how long the drive would be that she would then send her husband on before she did it to ensure she had enough time lol. Those google searches alone might not be enough to legally concretely say it was premeditated, but she was obviously thinking about doing it, made a plan to do it then did it.
There was at the very least some premeditation on it.
