The problem with this is that the coin is always one sided. The vast majority of the time where you see a discrepancy in sentencing it's always the man receiving the harsher sentence.
Look at any case where you have codefendants that are male and female, the man is almost always given a longer sentence and the women is always portrayed as somehow not being as responsible for her actions.
You say always one-sided and look at the cases-- can you give me your statistics, please? Looking at a quick search, women's murder of children is postpartum mental issues and men's is w/ previous domestic violence. So, what's your point? Just that you're mad that men and women are different in why they murder? If you mean beyond this topic, men are much more likely to commit murder, so again, what's your point? Other than, some weird need to say women get it better?

Even crimes where the motive behind the crime was the same or with similar criminal history.
This is indisputable fact. You don't need to deep dive research and hunt down some esoteric study because it's forbidden knowledge. Just try typing "gender sentencing disparity" into google there are endless studies on this topic and they all come to the same conclusion that men do indeed get harsher sentences on average.
You seem very triggered. Relax, I'm not attacking you. You alluded to the gender war. What I am saying is that justice is supposed to be blind. Men are always perceived to be in control of their actions while women are presented as victims of circumstance.
I'm a simple minded conservative, so it's black and white for me. I believe that anyone that is broken enough to kill a child should be put down. That is in societies best interest.
