Please elaborate what you mean when you say genetic. Im interested in where you are going. I cant see it being anything other than racist otherwise you would have said psychotic, sociopathic tendencies, addiction, or mental illness.
They have identified a gene which very strongly correlates with tendency towards violence. There are several, but primarily the MAOA gene, aka the "warrior gene". It can be present in any "race".
It also has nothing to do with psychosis,, addiction, or mental illness. It specifically correlates with violent tendencies, maybe also sociopathy, because I would imagine violence towards others requires a bit of that.
No one is born evil. Nurture and what environment someone is in now are what ultimately decide how someone becomes. How someone is born doesn't define them, and it's ridiculous to use it to write off people - especially since if your argument were accurate it would be arguing for punishing people for something completely beyond their control.
