That depends. If we improve society to the point that a business owner who does everything he can to underpay his employees is treated like scum by his family and friends, rather than treated normally, crimes of greed will go way down. It's about what is socially acceptable to the people around you. And if we can create an expectation that people behave kindly towards the rest of society, those who violate it will naturally end up doing it less.

That'll take the desperate crimes off the table. The ones fueled by greed will always be presant no matter how utopian we all live.
