Books recommendations to help our struggles as fathers

To all brothers out there, do you have a book in mind that somehow helped or is helping you tide over this very difficult situation.

I'm trying to look for literature. We can have a list that anyone of us can access or find in any library that we can read to understand what is happening and help in the healing process.

It can be fiction, nonfiction, self help books, inspirational, biography or any kind.

Please post your recommended reading here. For everyone who needs help.

Thanks.

From a brother in need.

(Context: Mother of my 18-month old daughter woke up one day and told me she wants to leave because she's not happy with the relationship with me. She said she's choosing herself this time. Few hours later she left with my daughter. My soul is crushed. I was a very active father to my daughter from the day she was born until she was taken away)

Here's a running list from you so it's easier to see:

  1. The Courage to be Disliked - ichiro kishimi and fumitake kogaI
  2. Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters

  3. The Art of Resilience
