What temperature do your ShihTzus prefer jackets?

When it gets colder at what point does putting a jacket on them make it easier to go outside for your ShihTzus?

With Sparrow if it’s 14C (57F) she’ll avoid going outside unless she really has to go to the bathroom.
But with Finch he’ll happily go outside down to -25C (-13F)

At 60F, Poppy gets her light fleece jacket.
At 45F she gets her wool coat.
At 32F she gets her warm, parka-like waterproof coat.
Below 20, she gets the fleece jacket with the waterproof coat on top.

Twix has long hair so we use a puffer coat when it’s below freezing

My Tucker would wear a sweater all year. It would be 30+ Celsius out and he would have a sweater on. He was totally fine health wise, he just liked to be cozy.

Everything under 10 °C and my boy is cold

My Stanley loves the winter and snow, so I don’t put a sweater on him until like 35 and his winter jacket isn’t until it’s like below 20 or I just don’t let him outside, if it’s worse than that and he goes on the porch the potty.
