But so were Tufts and Boston University. RPI was ranked high in student outcomes, but so-so in learning environment, and so-so in attractiveness. Fashion Institute of Technology is No. 51, and NYU is No. 88, so one should not be that concerned about these rankings being that comparable or possibly even too accurate. They are also comparing 4-year liberal arts colleges against research institutions. Overall, the methodology seems flawed.

WTH, Time ranks Lehigh over Dartmouth, Brown, Vanderbilt, Rice, and Uchicago?

Also it ranks CUNY Lehman higher than Northwestern, Duke, and Johns Hopkins?
