[ForHire] [FullRemote] Python data cleanup, API integrations and focused bug fixes — fixed-scope pilots from $100

I can take a clearly scoped Python task through to a runnable result: repair a failing script, clean or transform CSV/JSON, connect an API, or add a regression check for a reproducible bug.
