Question (19F) What can I do to fix my legs? What is wrong with my posture?
galleryIs this false curvature? How can I correct my leg shape? Are there any exercises that I can do to fix this?

Can someone please help me understand why my left shoulder and scapula sit lower than my right one? I constantly have pain in the rhomboid area right at my shoulder blad on my left side as well. I have had this for years and have no idea how to fix it.
I am a side sleeper, and I always wake up with numb fingers, usually on my lower arm. I have relatively wide shoulders, and have noticed that my back curves when I’m on my side. I’ve experimented with pillows under my torso to no avail. Curious if anyone has any ideas of what I can do.
Note that I’ve tried softer mattresses with no luck. Back sleeping is also not an option for me.

First off I’d be curious to know if people notice the asymmetry at first glance or only once I point it out. It’s an insecurity of mine & causes slight discomfort (leg/hip/back pain), but not sure if it’s as obvious as it feels. Wondering if anyone knows if this can be fixed with better posture? Idk what the actual cause is: shoulder height, scoliosis, pevic tilt, leg length, hip muscles/height, etc.

I’m a left. I notice my left shoulder drops. Bit more. When I have hands behind back and press arms to floor it’s noticeable my left shoulder seems longer from the check. Any tips or advice what this can be? As I’m working out it’s pretty noticeable.

Female, 22, 51kg.
I lost 45 kg two years ago and since then I’ve been working on staying in shape and building some muscle (I started from most of my muscle mass lost - I could feel seats through my ass bones and everything just hurt all the time).
I still notice that I tilt my back like this, my lower back hurts and my upper back / shoulders are always turned inwards and tense. I never sit with my chest open and if I try to, it feels like a stretch. I think I also don’t sit correctly on chair because my lower back takes a slouchy, “C” shape.
What can I do - are there specific workouts?

This is the video, I used. I’m not exactly sure how to explain the pain, I’m having. I can’t sit roughly, slouch nor do any exercises like #8 in the video. I’m afraid, I may have hurt myself in some way and it may not be cured/fixed soon…
