Hi I've been using phimocure on and off for a couple years, and right now I've been consistently using the smallest ring for around 3hours per day but see no progress, they say you can move up rings quickly but mine never feels loser or falls out. I tried the wear it overnight thing but my foreskin got quite sore after maybe the third or second night.

Ciao a tutti
Maschio 20 anni

Idk what my issue is. I obviously have phimosis. But I think my skin is scarred. I also have such a big over hang / excess skin and it makes it difficult to see the phimotic band. The fore skins is also like hooded. Idk if I have a short frenlum too.

24 MM I can put on with little to no issue. 26 MM feels difficult, but I can put it on eventually, but it doesn’t feel particularly stretched. 28 MM is impossible; I’ve been able to put on once and that’s the only time it felt like my foreskin was stretching.
Please give me a step-by-step in granular details.

Do I need ointments? do I need oil? how long do I have to stretch? and does stretching has any long term side effects like pain or something.
also is it normal that my tip is a bit large?

Hey everyone, I retracted my tight foreskin for the first time last night and the raw sensitivity is pretty brutal.
The head stings from touching anything, clear fluid is weeping from the raw skin and mixing with my Vaseline, and getting hard at night causes a sharp pulling pain along the underside. The foreskin opening also looks wide and loose right now when soft.
It is not paraphimosis because the color is normal and I can easily slide the skin forward. I am currently keeping it covered, applying Vaseline, taking Ibuprofen, and avoiding all masturbation while it heals.
How many days did this initial burning last for you, and does the wide opening tighten back down over time? Thanks!

All pics my penis is erected. On the one on the left there is no manual retraction, on the other two I retract as much as possible without experimenting discomfort.

Hi everyone. So I’ve been dealing with phimosis all my life. Like many on here, no one ever told me to retract my foreskin. I began stretching about 18 months ago. I’ve gone from not being able to retract at all and having issues when flaccid to now being able to retract when hard but it’s still tight especially at full erection so I don’t know if it’s residual tightness. I have no issues when flaccid although it does look a bit tight. I’ve stretched inconsistently over these 18 months (3 weeks at a time maybe) but now I’ve stretched for 7 weeks consistently and there’s not been much change. There’s been periods where I’ve had irritation, cuts and sores in the past but the skin has been settled for months. It’s really frustrating as I’ve been consistent but only done the two finger stretch. I’ve just bought rings which I will use for 12 weeks and see how things go. And I’m going to start frenulum stretching as well as that also feels tight. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice or if anyone has been through this and come out the other side because it’s very mentally tough. Or any advice on using rings or how long this process takes because it’s so frustrating.
Thanks!

Is this good enough for s*x, I can't pull beyond that.

I'm not sure whether I can fix it with cream and stretching or if I'll have to get circumsised

I'm 25 and I've been dealing with phimosis. I've never been able to retract my foreskin normally, and it's something I've kept entirely to myself. I don't have anyone I can talk to about this, and lately it's been weighing on me quite badly.
I was never taught anything about retracting my foreskin, so i just left it alone. It wasn't until a few years ago that i tried retracting it. At first i could barely move it and was extremely scared of paraphimosis (i still am). Over 3 years and with the advice of the people here, I have made some progress and got some mobility. When I'm flaccid and use some lubricant, i can retract enough to expose most of my glands, like in the picture but cant go all the way. However i cannot retract it when the penis is erect. There is a tight ring around the glands and the tip of the foreskin is puckered up like a drawstring bag when its forward. Sometimes the underside also seems to fold in and catch when i let the foreskin move forward again.
I haven't done a consistent stretching program. Most of what I've done over the years has just been occasional retraction and some stretching in the shower. There have been periods where my foreskin is much more mobile in some days compared to others. So part of me wonders how much improvement I could get if I actually approached it properly.
Where i am struggling is, I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the whole thing. I have a long and puckered foreskin, and I don't like its appearance. I also sometimes have issues with urine getting trapped under the foreskin and causing an odor. I've spent years looking at pictures online and wondering whether my foreskin is normal, worrying about the future and trying to figure out what I'm even supposed to do.
Because of all of this, circumcision has started to feel like the easiest way out of all of this. Part of me just wants to get it over with and not have to worry about my foreskin anymore. I don't necessarily want to lose my foreskin, I'm just at a point where i keep thinking that if i got circumcised then i wouldn't need to worry about how it looks or whether sex is going to be uncomfortable.
But there's one thing that genuinely scares me. I have a history of developing keloids scars. I'm terrified that if I get circumcised, I could develop abnormal scarring on my penis and permanently regret it. But tbh putting aside all this problems i am in a pretty bad place mentally with this right now. Its embarrassing to bring this up and its starting to get overwhelming. Some days i can convince myself that its fine and that i could eventually improve it with stretching. Other days, i just want this over with and make the problem disappear.
I would genuinely appreciate some advice, experiences or even some encouragement. Thank you to anyone who read all of this.

I am 22 and ive known about my phimosis for about 7 years id say, i can slide it all the way down when flaccid but never have i seen my whole tip when erect, there were times where i saw less or more but now i would say im in 2/3 phase. Ive never had issues with infections pissing or masturbating, but I’ve always been self conscious about it and it did make me less confident with girls. Ive had sex with condom once before withoutn many issues and a few dry humps(which hurt). So i wouldnt say i have issues in regural life but i would like to fix it one way or another. But a few weeks i got my first blowjob and i just looked down on my penis and it was fully retracted for the first time in my life ive seen it while erect. But it didnt go smooth up and down it was just kinda down there but i didnt feel any pain or pressure just a lot of sensitivity around the tip which wasnt a bad feeling just kinda weird. So i dont think i had paraphimosis because 10 minutes later i managed to bring it back up without pain just a lot of pulling since it got dry. I dont feel like my penis is that sensitive since it got used to showering but i just dont know how other people feel during blowjob i just didnt have that much feeling in my tip either way nor foresking bcs it was rolled all the way down. But when i masturbated earlier i never got to that point (have never tried lube tho). But i went to 2 urologists in hope of getting a steroid cream or some advice on stretching, but they both said instantly if u have any issues u should get circumsized and that people generally had good experience after it, so now im on a fence leaning to get circumsized beacuse i dont want to feel fear during the time i should be most relaxed, im still willing to try stretching because i think my case isnt that bad, ive seen some people on here make progress that kinda stopped and people having it come back after they fixed it. Im highly sceptical of losing sensation due to circumcision but also i havent had raw sex so i dont know what im going to be missing so im kinda ok with that, but using lube to masturbate or needing it for sex doesnt seem very fun to me either. I just wanted to get some reassurance since i havent seen any support for stretching anywhere accept here. sorry for the long post.

My brothers who have stretched it out... how long does it take for the split stream to go away during the beginning and ending (weaker) urine push? Or... does it ever go away?

I csn retract when flaccid, when erect i am able to retract it when done very slowly. A few people said i have short frenulum and that i can stretch it but im unable to find exercise to fix this issue, pls help.
This and one more qsn, i have hypersensitive glans, will letting tap water run through it for 2 minute twice a day enough to fix it?
r/Phimosis • u/anotherme5678 • 4d ago
Self explanatory, I need tips on how to stretch properly, for how long etc. I hear all the time here you can fix it by stretching, but I’m not exactly sure how.
r/Phimosis • u/gamerfury • 4d ago
But the frenulum is like a sting is that because it's too tight or do I still need to use the last size for longer
r/Phimosis • u/hehehel • 4d ago
I used to have phimosis but have been able to fully pull back my foreskin for 3 years, until now. My foreskin is back to being hard to pull back, and it stings when i try to pull it past my head. I was wondering if this is just a temporary inflammation that will go over soon or if there is another reason this might happen?
