Hi I've been using phimocure on and off for a couple years, and right now I've been consistently using the smallest ring for around 3hours per day but see no progress, they say you can move up rings quickly but mine never feels loser or falls out. I tried the wear it overnight thing but my foreskin got quite sore after maybe the third or second night.

From almost nothing to this. I haven’t been consistent with
stretching but seeing other posts here makes me hopeful.
