the defense correctly pointed out inconsistency in dates (good job there), but goddamn it this defense's line of questioning is so fucking boring. Pointing out every little detail and typo is so annoying. The thing is even the defense is getting irritated by his own line of questioning (especially when he's not getting his preferred answers).

Honestly nga, they shouldn't even blur this to begin with. Threats to the life of a President, of President of the Philippines should be taken seriously. There shouldn't be up for debate anymore. Now they implying a lot of things to discredit it. Wala nga dapat uncertainty about the security and safety of a head of state and handling and investigation on threats to their life.

I found it interesting during Bam’s question, if I’m not mistaken, he clarified if the NBI did any actual investigation regarding the threat on the VP’s life.
And all the NBI could answer was they subpoenaed the VP and since the VP did not show up, it seems they did not peform any investigation.

- Sara Duterte makes a threat
- Sara Duterte's camp is not willing to cooperate with the investigation (ignoring multiple subpoenas and request for statement)
From the second fact alone, there is probable cause for malicious intent from the VP's side, thus the conclusion
