It says ‘look what the English and the Scottish each did’ and then the first photo is very very clearly the English example. If you need more context to work out that the second photo is the Scottish one, I don’t know what to tell you.

I’m not whooshing you for a joke, because the English vs Scottish thing isn’t the joke. It’s just the very basic context included in the post. The joke needing explaining is the ‘more kings’ bit, which others have done.

Boston is where the Boston Tea Party happened. I think this was during the World Cup when it was pry hosted by the States. The English and Scottish fans drank Boston dry and evidently some folks thought it would be funny to leave stickers like the one above. The Germans do it to us so looks like we’ve started doing it. Also, the traffic cone is something drunk British students love to do. No idea why.

It's a reference to the anti-Trump "No Kings" protests, The sticker is jokingly advocating for the US to return to the UK, who is currently ruled by a king, hence "More Kings"

The Scottish put funny cones on top of all our statues during the World Cup. The Scottish were the darlings of the city during this summer. They were great fun and drank us dry (in some pubs).
The English put up cheeky stickers and a very small handful got butthurt for the love of scottish.

The cone was Scottish fans, that's sort of their thing so the post is mixed up about that.
The stickers were an English joke, the USA had "no kings" rallies in protest of Donald Trump, the joke here is to rejoin Britain and have an actual king. 250 years of hurt is a play on the 3 lions song "it's coming home" which has the line "30 years of hurt" but changed to 250 years as that's how long ago the USA declared independence from Britain.
The gulf of weat Britain is just saying the USA should rejoin Britain and be named West Britain and the gulf changed to that.

Scottish people are very good at being two faced and pretending they like someone.
During the World Cup they spent a lot of time in Boston telling people they were colonised by the English too and supported Boston ‘throwing the English out’ which is why they became so popular there.
Behind their backs Scot’s are some of the most anti-American people in the UK.
