Her blue eyes/brown hair combo is very rare. It's unsettling because of the uniqueness of it. It's also made more unsettling because how wide the actress keeps here eyes. She got "crazy eyes".

That is literally Elizabeth holmes. I also thought it was an actress when I first saw it (documentary is about her - you can see everything)
