Kendrick Lamar accused Drake of inappropriate relationships and grooming involving underage individuals during their 2024 rap feud. This refers to that

To be fair, she's 23 years old.

What a 39 year old dude is doing pursuing that is another topic entirely but I'm not sure we can call her underage or call it grooming.

I dated a 23 year old at age 37 for a few weeks, and yeah, even though she was fully an adult and perfectly smart and responsible, there was a definite disconnect on how much we each understood about the world, and how much experience we had that could have been… potentially abusable. She’d initiated the relationship, but I called it off after a bit mostly because it felt too lopsided in a way. Probably should have expected that.

I just turned 38 and had a short fling with someone who was 28 or 29 and even that was weird. Same thing, broke it off after it felt lopsided.

I'm 32 and I think I'd rather hang myself than date a woman under 25

Hmm, that’s definitely something more individual. By 28-29 both men and women can be essentially as mature as they’ll ever be, or they can be in a state of arrested development acting like they’re just out of college.

Think it also depends on what they’re going through at the time. I was a real dick in my early 30s after losing my dad to suicide.
