That’s literally “peach (the fruit) colored” and has the nuance of being used in writing. You can use ___iro for most colors but Japanese people 9/10 just use a loan word.

That's another weird thing, in Japan peach drinks taste "pink" but in America they taste "auburn", is the only way I can think to describe it.

Like a peach snapple tastes nothing like a similar jp peach soft drink
