Recommendation for this for me personally is a 3:1 mix. Ex. Recipe calls for 2 cups of pancake mix. Use 1.5 cups of pancake mix and .5 cups of protein powder. You won't even notice a difference.

One thing I’d add, is with whey protein they may come a bit thinner than you are used to. To fix this use a mix of whey and Casein which works great, but I understand not everyone will want to keep two types around

Tried doing it with porridge and it was like I had poured a cup of sand in it. Even when I cooked it in and mixed it I could feel the individual protein powder grains inside of it. Might have to try pancakes next time.
